Un raspuns sincer din partea ta Ginel si pe care cine il intelege il apreciaza, dar pentru care vei fi taxat cu siguranta de catre "prieteni" cand vei mai posta proiecte noi

In premiera pentru Romania prima masurare dyno al noului BMW M5 (F10) stock a avut loc pe standul dyno din incinta Exelixis Motorsport.

In cazul acestui model, BMW a manifestat tendinte foarte pesimiste atunci cand a comunicat cifrele oficiale deoarece valorile masurate (si nu numai de catre noi) sunt sensibil mai mari, ceea ce nu reprezinta neaparat un lucru negativ...cel putin din punctul de vedere al proprietarului.

Va prezentam un caz cu care ne-am mai confruntat.
Conform talonului si informatiilor detinute de catre proprietar masina este un BMW 320D (E90) ce ar fi trebuit sa aiba 163cp. Supriza a aparut cand in urma masurarii masinii stock am constatat ca de fapt este vorba de un model destinat unei anumite piete ce beneficiaza din fabrica de un downgrade de putere pana la 143cp.

Ei bine, chiar si in aceasta situatie, am reusit sa urcam prin resoftarea by Exelixis Motorsport cifrele finale la un nivel considerabil mai ridicat decat cel obtinut dupa masurarea initiala.

Graficele ilustreaza graficul masinii stock, cat si o comparatie intre valorile initiale si cele obtinute prin resoftare.

Testare dyno dupa resoftare pentru BMW 535D.

Din pacate sursa softului este necunoscuta.

Este intr-adevar modelul 3.0L biturbo din 2004 ce dezvolta 272Cp si 560Nm conform producatorului.

Sarcina parea simpla initial, sa masuram un Mercedes S500 lang, stock.

Usor de zis, mai problematic de pus in practica, nici standul dyno nu putea fi lungit si nici limuzina scurtata.

Pana la urma cu rabdare problema a fost rezolvata si rezultatul masurarii il puteti vizualiza mai jos.

Prima oara cand am auzit de acest proiect trebuie sa recunoastem ca am fost destul de circumspecti si nu i-am dat multe sanse de reusita insa ne bucuram ca realitatea ne-a contrazis transant.

Pe Sabin, proprietarul “jucariei” ce face subiectul acestei prezentari il cunoastem de multa vreme si ii recunoastem meritul de a fi unul din cei mai perseverenti ca sa nu zicem incapatanat initiatori a unui proiect de anvergura, cu scopul declarat de a transforma masina personala in ceva nerealizat inca la nivel international.

De-a lungul timpului masina a trecut prin diverse stagii si configuratii unele mai fericite alte mai putin reusite pentru ca in final sa ajunga in configuratia mecanica actuala:

Garnitura chiulasa Cometic

Injectoare Siemens Deka 875 cc
Pompa benzinaBosch 044
Regulator presiune benzina Sard

Turbina GTX3076
Wastegate Tial 44 mm

Galerie de admisie custom
FMIC + tubulatura custom

Dupa cum se stie ECU-ul stock al masinii respectiv SAGEM3000 este unul din cele mai neprietenoase si limitate ECU-uri ce se regaseste in echiparea de serie a masinilor actuale si astfel pastrarea lui nu a fost o optiune, fiind inlocuit cu un Haltech Sport Platinum 1000 la pachet cu un boost controller Haltech, un controller de AFR tot Haltech si “bomboana de pe tort” un bord digital Haltech IQ3.

Continuarea fireasca, dupa finalizarea montajului tuturor componentelor enumerate mai sus era resoftarea. Moment in care si Sabin ca multi alti proprietari de masini cu configuratii extreme, dornici de a incununa partea mecanica cu un soft pe masura fara asumarea unui risc inutil, a decis sa ne contacteze.

El a cerut, noi am livrat.

Astfel knowhow-ul ZOD Development a fost pus din nou la incercare si dupa mai multe ore petrecute pe standul dyno Exelixis Motorsport, conturarea valorilor finale a dus la o concluzie surprinzatoare (aproape pentru toata lumea): Este cel mai puternic Renault Megane RS functional din lume in acest moment!

Cu acest record exceptional se incheie pentru moment saga lui Sabin si a Megane-ului sau RS, insa cine stie ce suprize ne mai rezerva acest proiect pe viitor.

Va urma si un scurt filmulet dar momentan nu putem spune cand deoarece avem multe alte lucruri de rezolvat intr-o perioada relativ scurta.
