Frumos rezultat dar in loc sa foloseasca o turbine hibrida - cut back mai bine punea o turbina mai mare cu VNT-Gen 3 ca GTB1756VK si scotea asa ceva:

Dynoul este pe un 1.9 tdi pornit din 131cp. Masina este al unui suedez de pe tdiclub.com. Eu am incercat vre-o 3 hibride toata fiind foarte prost, ele avind EGT foarte mare.

Nu te supara dar nu intelegem rostul comparatiei intre mere si pere.
Nu este vorba de acelasi model de masina, aceeasi motorizare si nici macar aceeasi marca, singurul numitor comun fiind doar faptul ca amandoua sunt diesel.
Ce ar fi putut sa faca proprietarul pe partea de hardware asta e o discutie de amorul artei pentru ca posibilitati sunt nenumarate, important e rezultatul obtinut cu aceasta configuratie asa cum e ea cu anumite lipsuri.
Daca ai vreun exemplu (ideal ceva cat mai personal) cu acelasi model cu aceeasi motorizare si modificari similare atunci da, comparatia poate fi viabila.

Ai dreptate, doar faptul ca sunt diesel. Oricum ati scos un rezultat foarte bun cu un hibrid. Felicitari.

Meritul ii apartine exclusiv lui Catalin(WPP) masina fiind resoftata de el asa cum am si specificat anterior.

Fiabilitatea este mai importanta pentru client avand in vedere ca locuieste si face multe drumuri in afara tari!!!!
Consider ca rezultatul este foarte bun tinand cont de modificarile pe care le are si modul de utilizare al masinii.

Cerintele pentru acest BMW 330XD au fost: plus de putere si cuplu pe o plaja cat mai larga de turatii insa cu accent pe fiabilitate avand in vedere ca masina este folosita zi de zi.

Modificari:
-evacuare turboback custom (DPF OFF)
-turbina hibridizata
-intercooler majorat

Resoftare efectuata de catre A-TEAM.

Turbina nu a fost modificata de catre noi si nici nu am intrebat cine s-a ocupat de aceasta operatie.

De fiecare data cand ne intersectam profesional cu o masina deosebita ne aducem aminte de ce facem ceea ce facem si asta ne motiveaza sa incercam obtinerea unor rezultate cat mai bune.

Una din aceste ocazii a fost ieri cand acest BMW X6 M a ajuns la noi pentru o sedinta de masurare pe dyno.
Fara sa fie programat sau discutat in avans am ajuns de la o simpla masurare la resoftare.

Astfel masina a plecat cu un soft by Exelixis si un proprietar fericit.
In mod normal acesta ar fi trebuit sa fie sfarsitul povestii dar, se pare, ca:

Un proiect conceput si realizat de catre Revo Bucuresti avand la baza un Audi A3 2.0TFSI.
Ca si modificari enumeram:
-turbina K04
-injectoare de Audi S3
-FMIC de Audi S3
-evacuare turboback non-catalizata Millteksport
-CAI ITG
-APR HPFP
-pistoane JE
-biele Integrated Engineering

Resoftarea asigurata de catre Revo.

Teoretic toata lumea are sanse egale, practic ramane de vazut.
In orice caz, noi ii uram BAFTA! in etapa inaugurala a sezonului 2013, Raliul Brasovului, ce are loc in acest weekend.

Devine tot mai evident ca dynoul nostru este alegerea predilecta atat a firmelor ce ofera servicii de resoftare cat si a clientilor lor atunci cand doresc o cuantificare exacta a valorilor obtinute dupa resoftare, iar vizita celor de la Powerchip nu face decat sa ne intareasca aceasta opinie.

Masina de fata este un Audi A5 3.0TDI caruia i-au fost aduse urmatoarele imbunatatiri:
-turbina hibridizata
-intercooler custom
-evacuare turboback DPF off
-instalatie de water-meth
-pompa aditionala de motorina
-filtru de aer sport

Resoftarea a fost efectuata de catre Powerchip iar rezultatul final se poate observa in fisa de mai jos.
