Parca trecuse cam multa vreme de cand nu am mai prezentat un GTR in paginile topicului nostru.
Ei bine a venit timpul sa ne revansam.

Nu va asteptati la o lista de modificari lunga cat o zi de post pentru ca nu e cazul.
Masina fiind proaspat achizitionata s-a dorit un upgrade rapid astfel incat noul proprietar sa se poata bucura de zilele frumoase care au mai ramas pana la venirea frigului si a vremii urate, mai departe peste iarna cine stie……….

Momentan s-a optat pentru:
-evacuare custom Exelixis by Top Gear
- filtre de aer sport panel ITG
si in mod evident o resoftare custom Exelixis Motorsport by ZOD Development.

Se pare ca sfarsitul anului reprezinta perioada cea mai prolifica din 2012 pentru BMW-urile cu conversii la turbo.
Ultimul proiect finalizat ce se incadreaza in aceasta categorie il reprezinta BMW-ul E36 de mai jos.
Ca baza s-a folosit motorul S50B30 ce a fost echipat printre altele cu pistoane JE, biele forjate, prezoane ARP , injectoare Siemens Deka de 630cc si un ambreiaj dubludisc ClutchMaster fx700 pentru a putea face turbinei Garrett GT35.
Partea mecanica a fost gandita si executata de catre ENGINE PERFORMANCE SHOP.
Resoftarea a fost asigurata ca deobicei de catre WPP prin intermediul unui sistem standalone Vems.
Fisele de mai jos reprezinta graficele pentru low boost (0,8bar) si pentru high boost (1,15bar).

O prezenta destul de rara pe strazile noastre lucru ce o face cu atat mai interesanta.
Modificarile sunt minime:
-filtru sport panel
-soft Hypertech

Seat-ul Leon Cupra 2,0TFSI in ciuda tractiunii fata a reprezentat inca de la aparitia sa pe piata si pana in prezent o optiune foarte des intalnita printre amatorii de hot-hatchuri & dragracing.

Exemplarul de mai jos confirma pe deplin aceasta optiune deoarece arata ce se poate obtine cu aceasta masina fara prea multe modificari si cel mai important fara a umbla la internele motorului sau la turbina de fabrica.

Lista modificarilor este urmatoarea:
-admisie Evoms
-evacuare turboback custom
-frontmount intercooler
-pompa de inalta presiune Autotech
-pompa benzina Bosch044 in-tank

Softul pe care il foloseste aceasta masina este realizat si implementat de catre Exelixis Motorsport.

Nu credem ca ne inselam prea mult afirmand ca acesta este cel mai puternic Seat Leon Cupra 2,0TFSI masurat in Romania.

Foarte frumos rezultatul, in special cuplul ma impresioneaza. Cu ce presiune merge masina daca se poate spune? Pompa HPFP nu a fost schimbata? E complicata montarea Bosch 044 in tank pe masina?

-Ai dreptate a fost schimbata si HPFP-ul cu Autotech dar am uitat sa mentionam.
-Montajul Bosch-ului nu e chiar plug&play, e necesara o bricolare a suportului original al pompei de benzina originale
-Valoarea boost-ului este una moderata

Iti multumim frumos pentru apreciere.
Din punctul nostru de vedere puterea la roata este putin interesanta, puterea la motor ramanand etalonul pe care il folosim.
Informativ iti putem spune ca puterea la roata a Cuprei de mai sus este undeva in jurul valorii de 340cp.

In baza rezultatelor bune obtinute dupa prima etapa de upgrade ( https://forum.4tuning.ro/612-exelixis...ml#post5104305 ) s-a dorit atingerea maximului de performanta permis in conditiile unui motor cu interne stock si pastrand turbina de fabrica.

Au fost adaugate modificarilor deja existente o galerie de admisie Sitech Racing si un cold air intake ITG.

Evident ca si softul furnizat de Exelixis a fost modificat in concordanta cu noile elemente hardware instalate iar rezultatul final este unul mai mult decat satisfacator cifrele vorbind de la sine.

O simpla prezentare a unei masini complet stock.
BMW X3 motorizare 3,0i cu aproximativ 85.000Km, conform producatorului valorile sunt 231cp si 300Nm.
Valorile inregistrate pe dyno le puteti vedea mai jos.

Nu intelegem unde ai observat ca cineva se lauda cu masina in cauza?! Noi am specificat situatia masinii si ce s-a putut obtine ca si performanta in momentul respectiv.
Nu stam sa monitorizam masinile dupa livrare si nici nu ni se pare normal sa stergem informatiile din aceasta mica "baza de date" doar pentru ca o masina la un moment dat, ulterior interventiei noastre, a intampinat probleme de o natura sau alta.
Daca exista o nelamurire sau se doreste elucidarea unor probleme locatia noastra este accesibila oricui iar metodele de contact sunt publice.
