I-am raspuns "detaliu pt. Ufo" ca relatia noastra ramane strict la Bussines si nu la texte de forum. Pana una alata am comandat ceva la Vmax Co. si am primit alceva. Consider doar ca este o eroare a companiei Vmax si vom rezolva problema prin returnarea banilor.

Sa nu mai spun ca pt. a doua oara incurca acelas client. De ce dracu nu are curaj sa spuna ca nu stie nimic despre 2.8 V6 GM de pe Vectra. Era mai simplu pentru mine. Oricum am gasit tot ce nu are el pe net in USA.

Iar pe de alta parte consider ca nu trebuie sa te bagi in chestia asta avand in vedere ca cu tine a avut un comportament OK din cate se pare

Sau sunt chesti pe care nu le spui si din cauza asta ajungem noi la alte Tepe.

Asa ca nu am nimic cu tine dar experienta asta trebuie impartasita si celorlanti colegi de tunning pt a vedea cu cine au de a face. - vezi si exemplul lui GTA si nu este singurul

Iar legat de cursa de la Constanta in care GTA a trecut primul linia pe 400m - nu pot decat sa-ti spun ca dupa pararea mea asta reflecta calitatea serviicilor oferite de Vmax. Inainte de aceste fine reglaje cum spui tu ca ai facut acum ti-a luat bani pt. xxx sute de cai si ai luat bataie de la 250 de cai. Deci ? tu ai cheltuit timp si bani pe o iluzie.
Nu conteaza cat ai lag-ul sau turbina mare sau ca ai plecat prost la 4xx cai trebuia sa-l faci muci - bineinteles daca soft-ul si mecanica erai OK si nu o iluzie pe hartie.

Intradevar filmuletul cu dyno la Vmax arata super tare - dar - conteaza strada nu masuratoarea aia. Iar legat de viteza maxima - orice masina care are 300 km pe ceasul de la bord atinge aceasta viteza pe dyno. are rost sa-ti spun ca eu la 250 cp aveam cca. 320 km la ora in treapta a 6-a la Master Tuner pe dyno ?

ai dreptate.daca tu poti pune jos caii pana in a 4 esti the men.gata in legatura cu vmax nu e treaba mea de cand a facut masina mea stie de noi sii curse chiar trebuia sa vina cu masina aici mai bine nu ma bagam in seama,cred ca daca ii spuneam eu ceva nu mai scriam aici la inceput nuuu gata subiectul este inchis.apropo de filmulet era in a-5

In curand o sa-mi modofiv si eu softul masinii si sper sa iasa undeva la 330-350CP,iar daca totul o sa fie in regula o sa te invit la o revansa de data asta fiind amandoi FWD.

In ceea ce ma priveste,dupa ce o sa vad ca masina are aproape de 350cp si merge in parametrii optimi o sa am in vedere si o cutie de transfer mai desteapta pentru 4x4.

Cutia de viteza ramane acceasi F28 ? Ce cuplu o sa ai cu noul soft ? Crezi ca rezista ?

Cuplul nu ar trebui sa fie mai mare de 450NM.....iar cutia F28 rezista fara probleme chiar si la valori mai mari.F28 este una dintre cele mai rezistente si competitive cutii de viteze care se afla pe Opel.

felicitari pt proiectele fiecaruia...sper ca peste ceva timp sa ma bag si eu la un tuning la motor in adevaratul sens al cuvantului.
as avea cateva intrebari pt ca probabil sunteti mai informati decat mine:
1) am gasit pe net ca motorul meu are deja pistoane forjate - e obligatoriu sa fie si bielele la fel? sau e posibil sa fie normale?
2) pt Gollum - ma poti ajuta cu niste indicatii cu privire la cei care iti trimit piesele? au si de Astra OPC?
3) pt GTA - in cazul in care as lua alte piese decat de la EDS (care imi dau si softul aferent) cine mi-ar putea face un soft destept? ca in tara nu cred ca este cineva care se pricepe intradevar. tu la cine faci softul?

The Getrag F28/6 manual transmission was built by Getrag and fitted to the C20LET 2.0L Turbo Opel Calibra. It was a 6 speed transmission with the following configuration:

There have been many references to the numbering designation that Vauxhall elected to utilse for gearboxes, one of the more common arguments is that it refers to the ft·lbf torque capacity of the gearbox, in this case being a 280 ft·lbf (380 N·m) torque limit. Other arguments include that it is simply related to the engine size (the F28 gearbox was fitted to a 2.0L turbo engine, with the 1.4 multiplier applied for turbocharged vehicles).

The F28/6 in the Calibra was designed to follow a transverse oriented C20LET engine feeding the front wheels with an outlet to facilitate a driveshaft to feed the rear wheels as well. If the all wheel drive system is disengaged the gearbox will feed only the front wheels. Conversion kits are readily available from aftermarket suppliers to convert the 6 speed transmission to suit a front wheel drive vehicle [1], and this is not an uncommon upgrade (from the 5 speed F20 transmission) amongst owners of the C20XE and X20XEV Calibras.

The nomenclature of the GM transmissions is as follows:

The letter F stands for "F"ront-wheel-drive. Although the F28 is only used in AWD applications, the base transmission still remains a common FWD gearbox. The number 28 stands for the maximum torque capacity in Nm/10. 28 means that, the transmission is capable to transfer 280 Nm nominal torque on the input shaft.

Compare: Actual transmission in Vauxhall/Opel Signum: F40 means: FWD transmission with torque capacity of 400 Nm.

- Piesele le-am gasit singur in diverse locuri te pot ajuta dar spune-mi ce te intereseaza punctual. Oricum motorul de pe astra are la baza motorul vechi de Opel asa ca gasesti foarte multe chestii.
- Legat de soft este enorm de discutat si propun ca discutam pe forum. Sugestia mea alege-ti internele cele mai bune pentru ceea ce vrei si soft vei gasi.

Putin cam vag comentariul asupra cuplului suportat de cutie....adica sa zicem ca cel care a postat aceste comentarii are dreptate,ce anume cade cand se depaseste limita maxima,diferentialul,pinioanele....etc.Pana una alta as fi curios sa-l intreb pe Dragos(UFO) cum ii rezista cutia la puterea si cuplul pe care il are avand in vedere ca are tot un F28.

Si colac peste pupaza se mai si contrazice spunand mai intai ca e capabila sa reziste la "280 ft·lbf (380 N·m) torque limit" dupa care spune ca "the transmission is capable to transfer 280 Nm nominal torque ".

Parase ca F28 tine 280 Lb/ft adica 380 NM - la mazim in utilizare normala deci cca 80-85 % din 100 % dupa parerea mea. Cred ca ar putea tine cca 450 Nm
