poze cu finalizarea taseului....sap viitoare va urma reconstruirea capacului de admisie din aluminiu si pe 63mm.....

salutare baieti si felicitari pentru proiectul vostru.eu am un opel vectra A si am inteles ca se poate pune si pe el turbo?stie cnva sau a auzit ca costuri implica?

Vad ca la noi toti care mestersesc pe la LET-uri si baga destui bani nu cumpara asa ceva si fac tot felul de improvizatii ...

Nu te supara Radule, stii ca ai intentii bune, dar teava asta de la TXAutosport e fix frectzie ! Este mult prea bombata si trebuie tesita deasupra ca se poata inchide capota si, cel mai rau, materialul e de tot rahatul ... pana si chinezii fac un inox mai bun.

Nu ma supar dar cea care i-a venit lui Cosmin era deja tesita sus f putin de ei ca sa se inchida capota. Sunt de acord ca se poate un material mai bun dar e oricum peste improvizatiile de pe forum, iar ca forma vine pe toata suprafata clapetei (si la cea mica si la cea mare) nu cum am mai vazut pe aici facuta o flansa in care vine un cot direct unde e clapeta mare iar la clapeta mica pauza. Are si umflatura aia facuta acolo unde intra furtunu in ea ca sa poti strange colieru si sa nu te trezesti cu surpriza ca dupa 2 rafe nu mai ai boost ...

eu il fac din aluminiu ca sa nu se incalzeasca asa de tare..inoxu se incalzeste mult mia repede si tine temp mai mult timp,oricum toata partea de traseu care duce in admisie va fi imbracata in folie ceramica care este un scut termic destul de bun....sper sa iasa cv rezultate din treaba asta...insa akm am niste probleme,face presiune prea mare turbina (10 PSi ) si imi taie alimentarea pe la 5000 rpm....am mai scazut presiunea si anume la 0,7 bari iar astazi la fel mi-a facut....urmeaza sa o pun pe un tester si sa alimentez pompa de benzina direct pe bateria masinii cu un buton on/off deoarece curentul care ajunge la baterie indica decat 9V....si nu in ultimul rand vreau sa desfac si corpul clapetei de acc si injectoarele cu admisia k sa curat totu si sa etansez toata treaba pe acolo deoarece e cv umezeala pe la clapeta de acc...

stiu k ce am akm e o mare gospodaria....asa am cumparat masina si am mai carpito pe parcurs,dar asa cum am zis anterior o sa refac cat se poate de mult capacu...si o sa il fac din aluminiu tot,cotu ala care iese din flansa de la clapeta o sa fie din tabal de 2 tot Al,am 2 modalitati de al reconstrui pana acum....sper ca la sfarsitul sap sa fie gata....

gata capacu de admisie si izolarea cu banda ceramica a traseului de IC care duce in admisie... +decuparea barii pt o racire mai buna a IC si radiaotorului
