Default MINI COOPR S HOT CHILI

Inca un ecu asa zis antituning un ecu cu procesor celebru Infineon Tricore.

Este vorba de un Mini o editie speciala : "mini cooper s hot chili"

Stock este declarat cu 184HP ceva mai mult decat in mod normal dar putin sub JCW pe care am avut placerea sa-l setam de mai multe ori in functie de solutia tehnica updatata.

Tinand cont de valorile obtinute mai degaraba am spune ca este vorba de o optimizare realizata prin portul OBD si nu chiptuning cum se poarta.

Castigul a fost de 7HP.

BMW X5 3.0D
An de fabricatie 2012.
Putere declarata 245.
Putere masurata putin peste 242, ceea ce este foarte bine tinand cont ca este o masina echipata cu filtru de particule. Masinile echipate cu DPF au o variatie de putere constanta intre perioda in care filtrul este proaspat regenerat si cand este colamtata progresiv pana inainte de regenerare. Este ceva normal, asa este setata masina iar cu cat DPF este mai colmatat cu EGT creste iar softul corecteaza in jos puterea.

X-Drive este o tractiune pretentioasa la testarile dyno, insa pe dyno Mustang se simte ca pestele in apa.
Fiind un tip de tractiune activ daca rolele nu au sicronizare asa cum este la majoritatea dynourilor 4x4 se forteaza transmisia, se obtin rezultate eronate...
Pe dyno Mustang si sistemul 4x4 de la BMW sau Mini e fericit.
Puterea obtinuta dupa modificare in cele doua tipuri de masurare au urcat la urmatoarele valori maxime: 277 cu simulare reala, sarcina identica ca pe strada si +290 in sarcina maxima, test artificial, masina nefunctionand cu aceasta valoare decat in situatii extreme sau speciale.

ECU - antituning cu procesor INFINEON TRICORE!

VOLVO S40 2.0 Diesel - declarat cu 136hp, masurat stock 132hp, dupa modificare a urcat la 165hp si 390Nm.
Motor provenienta Ford , care a dat dieselul de 2.0 la Volvo in acea perioada si acestia au dat 2.5 in 5 cilindri pentru mai puternicele Ford, celebrul 2.5 in 5 cilindri de la Volvo.

Skoda Rapid 1.2TSI an 2014 - 105hp

- stock 102hp masurati pe dyno cu benzina 95
- dupa modificare custom atat cuplul cat si puterea urca la cca. 120Hp si 300Nm.

Trebuie mentionat faptul ca modificarea softului se face direct prin portul de diagnoza OBD.

Da asa este la origine, dar vine de la Ford in baza uni intelegeri dintre Ford si Volvo.
Motorul furnizat este similar cu cel care se monteaza pe Ford nu pe Volvo in plus pe cateva repere chiar scrie Ford.

Mercedes E200 CDI W211, motor 2.2l

chiptuning&dyno

Putere stock declarata 136hp, puterea exemplarului in cauza 125hp dupa un soft efectuat de o persoana(noname), 200 euro dati degeaba , chiar mai rau masina a pierdut puterem, pe langa faptul ca mufele de la ecu erau violate, stricate si un pad din ecu smuls...
Dupa noua modificare custom masina a plecar cu un plus de cca. 100Nm si 25hp, urmand ca dupa eliminarea filtrului de particule sa se mai ridice 10-15hp.
La acest model modificarea se face deschizand ecu

oricum ai da.o este un motor cu un jeg de injectie....mai bine lipsa...ma refer la Volvo ford pejo...si sa ai motorul ala pe ditamai e.ul o oricum rusinos,daca ai ac.ul pornit supernova e racheta pe langa tine...


pe cand un nou dyno day? ca tot a venit vara....

Intradevar se poate spune ca submotorizat dar pentru oameni care nu se grabesc... iar la drum se intinde foarte bine.
Luam in calcul o noua sesiune de dyno-day.

Masina a fost testata iar softul a fost refacut de Racing Code, iar valorile au fost aduse in zona de functionare normala fara a pierde putere, dimpotriva ...

dyno-tuning

-putere declarata de producator 265hp
-putere stock masurata 263hp
-putere masurata dupa modificare +300hp

Fiind un model nou era de asteptat sa fie dotat cu un ECU Bosch cu procesor Infineon Tricore, care se citeste/scrie doar in boot mode utilizand scule si programe specializate, dar pozitionarea ECU dupa cum se poate vedea din imagini a fost surpriza.
O surpriza neplacuta considerand total neinspirata pozitionarea, sub aripa dreapta fata in zona picioarelor pasagerului. Este expus la mizerie, intemperii si vulnerabil la accidente chiar daca peste el vine contraaripa de plastic care nu permite rotii sa arunce ce gaseste pe sosea direct in el. Dar totul e bine cand se termina cu bine.

4-matic pentru cine nu stie este denumirea pentru sistemul de tractiune integrala permanenta de la mercedes, acum un sistem gestionat electronic.
Pana la urma nu e nimic special un 4x4 permaenent la Mercedes insa altceva trebuie subliniat: ATENTIE POSESORI DE 4-MATIC!!!
Testarea pe dyno la aceste modele poate deveni o aventura neplacuta chiar daca nu observati pe loc probleme mari de uzura prematura sau accidente la sistemul 4x4.
Fiind un sistem inteligent de tractiune el da comenzi astfel incat cele doua punti sa invarta rotile cu turatie egala, iar daca dyno nu are sincronizare toata sicronizarea cade in sarcina sistemului 4x4 al carui diferential central este mucit peste solicitarile gandite de proiectant.
In concluzie verificati tipul de dyno pe care faceti testarile, in cazul nostru putand sa facem orice test 4x4 sincronizat sau nu in functie de necesitate. Dyno Mustang 4x4 are implementare aceste functii.
