The new top models of the 911 model series arrive on the market at the end of September 2013. In Germany, the 911 Turbo costs 162,055 euros; the new 911 Turbo S costs 195,256 euros, including VAT and country-specific features.

The performance partners in the powertrain area are the further advanced engines and the new PTM all-wheel drive system. The turbocharged 3.8-litre six-cylinder engine with direct petrol injection produces 520 hp (383 kW) in the 911 Turbo and 560 hp (412 kW) in the S model. Porsche continues to be the only carmaker to offer two turbochargers with variable turbine geometry for a petrol engine. Power is transferred to the drivetrain via the seven-speed dual clutch transmission (PDK), which now enables an auto start/stop function with engine shutoff that now activates earlier during coasting to a stop as well as a coasting function. Together with the new thermal management system for the turbo engine and the PDK transmission, fuel efficiency technologies have reduced NEDC fuel consumption by up to 16 per cent to 9.7 l/100 km; these figures apply to both models.

For an even faster and more precise power distribution to the two axles, Porsche developed a new all-wheel drive system (PTM) with electronically controlled and activated multi-plate coupling. The system is equipped with a new water cooling function, so that it can direct even more drive torque to the front wheels if necessary. Simultaneously, the optimised interplay of the engine, transmission and all-wheel drive systems takes the new top 911 to even better sprint capabilities. The 911 Turbo with the optional Sport Chrono Package accelerates from zero to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds, which is even one-tenth better than the value of the previous 911 Turbo S. The new 911 Turbo S handles the standard sprint to 100 km/h in just 3.1 seconds. The car's top speed is 318 km/h.

Pretul mai mare al noului porsche se justifica. Motor nou , sasiu nou , cutie noua.
Gtr la lansare a fost 60-70k iar acum se vinde cu peste 100k .... de ce ? pentru o janta si un reglaj la suspensie ??????

Ei bine .... acest lucru este ABERANT.

Chiar se discuta pe alte topicuri faptul ca acum gtr se vinde cu cca 115k ..... si ca pretul initial a fost doar pentru a avea o sansa pe piata in prima instanta ( nu dadea nimeni 115k pe el in momentul lansarii ) ... iar pretul din momentul asta reflecta adevarata gaura in buget.

GTR la lansare a fost 85k (niciodata 60/70), iar acum este fix 94.900 (varianta mai dotata). Si BMW a scos noua serie 3 si nu a fost mai scump decat cu ~1000 de euro cu dotari standard in plus.

Acum ce ar trebui, ca orice producator cand reinoieste modelul sa-l scumpeasca cu 20%? )

Nu este vorba de gaura in buget, GT-R nu se vinde in pierdere, diferenta este ca Nissan nu are adaosuri nesimtite ca VAG. Sa nu cumva sa ai impresia ca, costurile totale de productie ale unu 911 sunt mult mai mari decat ale unui GT-R, doar ca Porsche vinde si brand, vinde si mutt marketng.

Nimeni nu poate sa spuna ca Porsche 911 nu este o masina superba din toate punctele de vedere, dar nu mi se pare deloc din niciun punct de vedere dublul GT-R-ului.

Poate un pret corect de placare pentru un Porsche 911 (991) Turbo S ar fi fost un maxim 140 de euro, 196k este deja aberant, nu mai pun ca modelul full probabil trece de 250k de euro.

Diferenta de 200 CP costa 10-12k de euro, deci oricum vorbim de 110k de euro GT-R de ~700 CP vs Porsche 991 S de minim 196k euro vs Audi R8 V10 de minim 173k euro.

Tare mult costa si brand-ul asta Audi! )

De fapt, Turbo S-ul vine echipat aproape complet, singurele optiuni tinand de confort si siguranta.

Cu toate acestea, 195.000 de euro mi se pare prea mult, mai ales ca un MP4-12C este vreo 200.000 euro, daca imi aduc bine aminte.

Pai si ce alte optiuni sa aiba in afara de PDK si jante, normal de de design si confort cam ca la toate masinile.

Cert este ca lista de optiuni este enorma, multe foarte misto ce-i drept, dar....

Acum nu stim cum este in comparatie cu MP4-12C, ramane de vazut, dar tot nu vad un pret justificat.

Nu poti compara masini modificate cu unele stock si sa lauzi performantele cele modificate comparativ cu "rebuturile" alea stock

In momentul in care deschizi usa aia .. o deschizi pentru toti nu doar pentru favorita ta.
