Are cineva idee la cat trebuie schimbat? Cat costa ( pe net am vazut preturi f mari ) ... poate merge masina fara acest filtru particulare sau eventual sa treaca pe catalizator universal fara sa intre in regim de alerta? Practic eu nu inteleg dc se gaseste pe motoare la ce ajuta tinand cont ca pretul lui pare a fi ridicat..pana acum au mers motoarele fara acest filtru... PENTRU 307 ma intreb ...detalii despre acest filtru care cunoaste

Pot sa te lamuresc la ce ajuta, scopul lor este ca atunci cand ii dai blana si schimbi la turatii mari sa nu scoata fum negru, practic poti sa ii dai si pe rosu´ ca masina nu va scoate nici un pic de fum negru.....si se schimba destul de des la 10-12 mii de km parca, inca nu am schimbat .

asa am citit pe forumul peugeot! 100.000 -120.000 spune producatorul... iar in RO sunt cazuri in care a picat si la 10.000 cica ! Si totusi pt a nu scoate fum dau intre 500-1000euro pe el? este extrem de scump

Diesel Particulate Filter
A diesel particulate filter is a system for separating particulate matter from the exhaust gases produced by diesel engines. Two different systems are in use at Volkswagen depending on the model: Diesel particulate filters without an additive are fitted on models where the particulate filter is positioned near to the engine. On models where such a positioning of the particulate filter is not possible, systems with an additive are used. The filter with a catalytic coating works without the need for an additive by using a filter coating containing precious metals which fulfils a dual function. Passive regeneration slowly and gently converts the particulate matter contained in the catalytic converter into CO2. This process takes place at temperatures between 350 and 500 °C and can run continuously without the need for intervention, particularly in cars which are driven mostly on the motorway. Only when vehicles are operated for prolonged periods at low engine loads - such as is the case when driving in city traffic - does additional filter regeneration have to be carried out by actively raising the exhaust temperature to around 600 °C every 1,000 to 1,200 kilometres. At this temperature, the particulate matter trapped in the filter burns off. On additive-based systems, the additive serves to reduce the particulate ignition temperature to around 500 °C. Regeneration needs to be performed every 500 - 700 km, depending on the driving style. The additive is automatically flushed into the fuel tank every time the driver refuels, with one litre of additive lasting for approx. 2,800 litres of fuel.

Filtrul de particule FAP, disponibil numai pe motorul 2.2 HDi de la Citroën C5 si 2.0 HDi si 2.2 HDi de la Citroën C8, capteaza si arde particulele de funingine produse de motor. Oricum, datorita tehnologiei HDi, injectie directa de motorina la inalta presiune, emisiile de particule erau considerabil reduse. Cu FAP acest nivel scade si mai mult, motorul satisfacand de departe standardele europene in materie de poluare.

Fitrul de particule FAP retine si arde particulele la intervale regulate. Aceste particule ard in mod natural la 550 °C, dar temperatura gazelor de evacuare este de numai 150 °C.

FAP modifica acesti 2 parametrii prin:

*

o post-injectie de combustibil in faza de expansiune, care genereaza o post-combustie in cilindru si ridica temperatura gazelor de la 200-250 °C pana la 350-400 °C.
*

o post-combustie aditionala generata de catalizator, plasat inainte de FAP, care trateaza particulele de carbon nearse din faza de post-injectie. Temperatura poate creste cu inca 100 °C, pana la 450 sau 500 °C
*

combustibilul aditiv Eolys. Acest aditiv scade temperatura naturala de combustie a particulelor pana la 450 °C

Aceasta tehnologie ofera motoarelor HDi un avantaj ecologic real, prin combinarea performantelor intrinsece cu abilitatea de a elimina particulele de funingine.

Bun am inteles ! si daca tot ei sa faca atat de mult bine mediului dc nu il dau mai ieftin ..e aiurea sa dai atatia bani pe un filtru cand de fapt motorul poate si fara el ! doar ca acum iti va arata bec in bord si cica masina n-ar mai trece de 3500turatii ..practic n-ar mai merge la calutii care ii are ! nu stiu cam asta am inteles eu de pe alte forumuri.. de aceea si cautam cineva care are motor cu asa ceva si daca stie sa dea detalii exact

ps: si nu e doar pe motorul ala de citroen ! e pe hdi peugeot --- 1.6 110cp ! dar au aceeasi motorizare si fara acest filtru .... sa-i ia dracu

Salut ai gasit vreo solutie pt filtru de particule?Am vazut pe aici pe forum pe cineva care reconditioneaza sau ceva de genu asta.La vremea respectiva nu ma interesa dar acum chiar am nevoie si nu mai gasesc postu-l

se poate scoate definitiv la o firma specializata....atentie mare ca daca il scoateti voi si il inlocuiti cu o bara sau ceva de genul o sa va dea eroare in bord .

costul acestei operatiuni este de 300, 300 si ceva de euro din cate stiu

da, din cate stiu se poate face la Master Tuner, trimite-le un mesaj aici, explica-le ca vrei sa scoti doar filtrul de particule si vezi ce iti raspund.

detin un 407 , filtrul de particule este de fapt un filtru aproape ca oricaru altul , in interiorul lui se face arderea depunerilor , adica acel fum negru , aceasta ardere se realizeaza la temperaturi mari , daca se citeste despre el curatierea se poate da jos dar indicat e sa mergi cu masina la peste 3000 rot cativa km , asta nu inseamna si viteza , deci numai turatie , acest filtru merge cu Lichid Elios voi cred ca la asta va referiti , masina cu un plin de lichid adica 5l merge in jur de 180-200 mii km , asta s-a si intamplat la mine , la 178mii km masina m-a avertizat , si am facut umplerea lui. costa la cei de la Eurial ( de fapt numai la ei poti merge pt initializarea calculatorului cu lnivelul de lichid FAP )toata treaba asta 1600Ron.
