BMW i-a invins pe ambii constructori in ultimii ani. Mai au pana sa ajunga BMW, Mercedes mai bine ar trece la treaba, ca noua clasa C e penibila la confort in comparatie cu noul Seria 3.

Cei de la Mercedes momentan sunt prea ocupati cu noul S,clasa unde sigur vor implementa cel putin un sistem nou pe care BMW il va prelua "in premiera" peste cativa ani ...

BMW s-au concentrat pe toate! Un nou seria 3 e la nivelul unui cinciar la confort acum! Am condus stiu ce vorbesc.

In timp ce mercedesul se concentreaza pe S, BMWul reuseste sa exceleze la toate clasele. Parerea mea.,

Mi-e dor cand Merc aveau clasa C W203! Ce vremuri! Erau in top (nu ca E46-le era rau, care era cam tot prin perioada aia, dimpotriva, e MULT peste E36).

Eu unul gasesc acest topic ca fiind pur subiectiv.Personal,in momentul de fata ,dispretuiesc BMW din cauza cocalarilor care au impresia ca orice BMW este avion si este incomplet daca nu are pachet M...sau macar un sticker...Insa iubesc seria 3 "urs"...

Respect Mercedes pentru ca tot timpul au fost inovatori,au facut destule masini de exceptie si inca exceleaza la anumite clase...

Sunt cel mai impresionat de Audi care acum 10 ani nici nu avea ce sa caute intr-o competitie generala cu Mercedes si BMW...

Si nu doar BMW va implementa sisemul "in premiera" peste cativa ani, totusi sunt curios cu ce se mai poate veni nou, gasesc cei din Stuttgart ceva, sunt sigur :) tot respectu pentru ei, S-ul cu facelift face fata cu brio noilor septare si lexsusuri.

Cateva noutati pentru S-ul 2013...

The new S-Class is expected to debut an autonomous driving feature that will allow a driver to let go of the controls during heavy traffic. Relying on a series of camera and radar based monitoring systems, the new S-Class should be able to follow a traffic queue at speeds of up to 25 mph, which means it should even be able to navigate curves in the road.

The system “allows the driver to concentrate on other things” in traffic, Mercedes engineer Dr. Stefan Schweher revealed to Auto Express.

But this is just one of a myriad of new features that will ensure the S-Class remains one of the safest and most advanced vehicles on the planet. One interesting feature in particular is said to be a new airbag system that deploys under the front axle to help further slow the car during emergency braking situations.

As part of its radical new interior design, the popular luxury sedan will also feature a raft of new telematics technologies including a new-generation COMAND interface with Facebook and Google compatibility.

Also, expect to see four boydstyles in total, including the regular sedan (both in short and long-wheelbase trims), as well as an extra long Pullman model, new S-Class Coupe to replace the current CL, as well as a brand new S-Class Convertible designed to take on the Bentley Continental GTC.

In terms of powertrain options, Mercedes is likely to stick with the current S550 and S600 designations, but with new engines designed to be much more fuel efficient. A new nine-speed automatic may also debut with the 2013 S-Class. The S63 AMG model, meanwhile, should adopt the Affalterbach tuner’s latest twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter V-8.

Pana acum nu e nimic sa ma dea pe spate, sa zic wow, asta da :) imi place faza cu S klasse cabrio dar pacat de CL, e frumos rau ...
