Default Din vremea bunicilor - Bugatti Type 51 1931-1937 :)

Bugatti Type 51 din 1931, recarosat in 1937 de catre Carrosserie Louis Dubos

Motor: 8 cilindri in linie, 2262cc (60x100mm), chiulasa fixa, palierele arborelui cotit si ale bielelor cu rulmenti, 2 supape/cilindru, DOHC, compresor mecanic Roots, carburator Zenith, aprindere prin magnetou
135 CP la 5500rpm la origine, putea fi dus la 160-180 CP in versiunile de curse. Restaurat si alimentat cu carburant modern produce cam 185 CP
Ambreiaj multi-disc in ulei, ca la motocicletele moderne
Cutie manuala in 4 trepte nesincronizate
Frane cu tamburi de 330mm actionate mecanic
Punti rigide fata si spate, arcuri lamelare
Greutate: ~750kg cu caroserie monopost, probabil putin sub 1000kg in versiunea de fata
Viteza maxima: ~225 km/h

Caroseria o reproduce pe aceea a modelului Bugatti Atlantic la scara mai mica
Interiorul este lucrat integral in piele

Se remarca faptul ca s-a pastrat elementele modelului de curse din ratiuni de spatiu: frana de mana in dreapta soferului (la un monopost al anilor '30 ar fi fost in afara caroseriei), comanda avansului din bord (maneta cromata din mijlocul bordului), torpedoul lateral (nu ar fi avut loc in bord), vitezometrul nu pare sa existe dar se vede un turometru supradimensionat

In ciuda aparentelor si a aranjarii spatiului interior, masina nu e mai mare decat un VW Broscuta (ampatament 2.4m, ecartament 1.2m). Rotile sunt pe 19"

interesanta masina..... e de apreciat faptul ca in 1931 avea masina 135cp...:d

Avea destula putere,si sincer arata foarte bine si este bine intretiunuta sau reconditionata, din data fabricatiei(1931)

imi place interiorul chiar daca maina e cu 50 ani mai mare ca mine tot arata bine...
