Default powertuning by RC

Ford Trasit 2.4td 90HP

Castig estimat 25HP si 60Nm.

Fiind un model vechi fara comunicare prin OBD solutia corecta a fost deschiderea ecu si rescrierea circuitului de memorie cu un program modificat custom.
Speram sa avem inca un client multumit mai ales ca este o masina utilitara.

Se poate in mai multe variante:

ECO TUNING si ii adaugam 5-10hp, dar consumul se duce in jos in anumite regimuri poate cu mai bine de 1l.

POWER TUNING si ii adaugam in jur de 45hp si 80-90Nm, consumul scade putin la acelasi stil de mers.

ECO & POWER TUNING o combinatie noua proprie Racing Code, cand se merge normal cu sarcini mici, medii si cresteri usoare sta in ECO, iar cand se bruscheaza pedala, sare in POWER.
Ca sa ma fac mai bine inteles cine a condus o masina automata stie ca la apasari bruste de pedala chiar daca nu sunt la podea cutia retrogradeaza, la noi nu e vorba de schimbare de trepte, dar vede sarcina ceruta rapid pe unitatea de timp si sare in POWER din ECO. Cum se merge usor, normal intra din nou in ECO. Per total se face economie buna aproape ca la ECO, dar cand ai nevoie de sarcina mare ai de unde sa ii ceri. Daca soferul intelege ce ii vom spune diferenta de consum e clara aproape ca la ECO. De obicei nu crestem atat de mult puterea pe aceasta versiune sa zicem un 30-35hp si 60-70Nm.

Pretul este similar si daca este solicitat il transmitem in privat, oricum saptamana asta mai sunt cateva zile de oferta.

An 2001, putere declarata de producator 150hp.

Modificari:
- turbo K04
- FMI
- regulator benzina 4 bari
- big inejctors 386cc
- anulare pompa de aer auxiliara
- anulare EGR
- soft custom Racing Code

241BHP & 373Nm

In film as vrea sa va uitati sa vedeti ca masina nu este ancorata de sub si trasa fortat in jos pentru a creea sarcina suplimentara si a vicia rezultatul masuratorii. Dyno Mustang are un sistem de ancorare propriu care nu induce sarcina suplimentara pe roti si nu forteaza caroseria sa se deformeze ca in alte cazuri care agata masina de sub din diverse gauri tehnologice, brate... strangand animalic si deformand piese.

Default chiptuning golf 7 gti performance

VW Golf GTI Performance - Chiptuning
Masina in ciuda celor 217 hp masurati pe dynoul nostru a fost declarata cu 230hp, dar ne-am obisnuit la VW sa fie unele diferente.
Dupa modificare masina s-a dezlantuit 277hp si 465Nm.
Castig 60hp si +++100Nm.
....

Foarte buna remarca!
Fiind un MAS, aprinderea scanteia joaca un rol foarte important.
Datorita desitatii mai mari a amestecului in camera de ardere sistemul de aprindere este utilizat intens si daca nu este perfect...
Este o deficienta de aprindere, care se intalneste des la astfel de modele cand aprinderea este la limita.
In acest caz deficeinta dispare dupa o schimbare a bujiilor, cu unele originale cu distanta intre electrozi verificata, reglata conform indicatilor producatorului.

Studiu de caz, comparatie.
In urma cu mai mult timp masina a fost reprogramata in vederea imbunatatirii performantelor de o firma de chiptuning bine reprezentata in piata, la acel moment, acum mai absenta.
Inca de la inceput proprietarul a simtit in functionare anumite aspecte care nu ii erau pe plac, dar ce putea sa faca, cum putea sa verifice si cine sa il creada...doar nu el era specialistul.
Dupa cativa ani de utilizare cu aceste mici inconveniente a decis sa vina sa analizam masina si softul, fapt care s-a soldat cu o noua resoftare.
Responsabili de noua resoftare au fost inginerii de la Racing Code, masina fiind modificata personalizat pe dyno, rezultatele fiind evocate de fisa dyno comparativa afisata.

186hp si 421Nm

Se remediaza cu ajutorul unor bujii mai "reci" ?

Nu e problema de disipare de caldura si de temperatura.
Nu sunt necesare bujii mai reci ci unele originale schimbate la timp.
Nu la toate masinile e nevoie de bujii mai reci.
