Cunostinte HTML

Am si eu nevoie de cineva cu cunostinte HTML spre avansat pentru un desing la blog...nu vreau sa dau 100-200E la o firma web design...si nu vreau ceva exclusivist...daca stie ceva si in dreamveawer flash cu atat mai bine.
