Teoretic sa zicem ca ai pe masina un 2.0 M52B20 fara serie atunci ai putea sa-ti pui un 2.8 M52B28 daca ii stergi ID code-ul. Vizual nu exista nicio diferenta intre ele atata timp cat ramai in aceiasi familie de motoare.
