Porsche 997 GT3 3.6i 415 cai putere
Am dezvoltat un sistem RACE de evacuare. Valvetronic .
Din cate stim am realizat in premiera un sistem fabricat integral din INCONEL 625 pe GT3. Cel mai rezistent material din lume, folosit exclusiv in FORMULA 1.
Sa va faceti o idee grosimea materialului folosit este de 0.7mm .
Greutatea totala a sistemului este de 21.4 KG.
O sa punem si clip cu sunet. Sistemul foloseste tehnologia Valvetronic. Se comuta pe sport din butonul instalat de fabrica pe bord.
Si o scurta descriere a sistemului facuta chiar de designerul nostru :
"A First glimpse of our 997 gt3 development project nearing its completion. Photos have been taken after some sound testing so the inconel has a little heat discolouration.
The valvetronic system operates in two states, in quiet mode where cross sections have been tuned within the silencer to promote torque in the lower rev region and suppress much of the noise. In sport mode the silencers are bypassed allowing the gasses to flow freely through the system. Additional features, are that the cats have been moved from the scavenge zone of the manifolds into a later section further enhancing all areas of torque curves.
Inconel's superior tensile strength and toughness at elevated temperatures allows us to use very thin sidewall material. In fact total weight of the system is just 19 kg, in comparison to the 40.4kg of the OEM part. A super sport version will also be available with additional weight savings reducing total weight to around 11kg
The design of this piece, and material choice, create the most incendiary melody at high revs. the result is that the engine sounds like its revving to more like 14000rpm than 8000rpm, whereas in quiet mode, the tone is still fairly subtle.
