Default Seat Leon Cupra 2.0TFSI REVO Stage 2+

Un Seat Leon Cupra 2.0 TFSI , 240 cp de fabrica avand urmatoarele modificari:

- evacuare turbo-back Milltek
- admisie cold air EVO MS
- pompa benzina inalta presiune aftermarket
- REVO Stage 2+ Performance Software
Rezultatul: 372 Cp si 457 Nm

Fara BOV.
Motoarele 1.8T si 2.0TFSI de la VW nu se impaca prea bine cu BOV-urile. Ele au un sistem care foloseste un DV si care recircula aerul in admisie. Primele variante de DV OEM aveau o membrana subtire de cauciuc, care se ciupea si masinile pierdeau presiune. Dar a aparut o variante noua, fara acea membrana problematica si tine fara probleme presiunea. Si varianta de DV aftermarket de la Forge, e tot cu recirculare deci fara sunet de BOV. Exista de la Forge niste distantiere ce se pun la DV-ul stock sau la DV-ul Forge si atunci masina scoate sunetul de BOV dar fara nici un castig in performanta Oricum admisia EVO-MS suna la lift-off mai tare ca si un BOV

Asta explica pierderile atat de mari.
Oricum cred ca este putin peste ceea ce este confortabil de condus pe strada in contitii normale.

Valva aceea e Fuel Pressure Regulator si tine o presiune de alimentare mai inalta la motor fata de valva OEM.
