The King of Europe title is one of the most prestigious titles in European street racing and street racers have travelled many miles for the title over the last 5 years.
Rounds have been hosted at Belgium, Poland and Hungary but for 2010 the "King Of Europe" will be in Romania at the one of the best location for dragracing, Bucarest Airport. More infos will follow soon...

We are back on the one yearly main event and We will deliver you soon, detailed infos about this location as well as high resolution pictures. Anyway, here are the details about KOE Dragster event.
Competitors : All the best and the quickest cars from Western and Eastern Europe.
Competition : Head to Head 1/4 mile.
Timing : Scruteneering on friday & saturday morning, practice/qualification saturday. Finals on saturday evening and sunday.
Awards :
King of Europe : Winner of the SuperFinal Top16 "King of Europe"
Best European Street FWD car
Best European Street RWD car
Best European Street 4WD car
Best European 12sec car
Best European Diesel car
Finals :
1st Final: Best 16 times in StockStreet 12sec category will race in a direct elimination scheme for the best Eastern Europe car in StockStreet 12sec category.
2nd Final: Best 16 times in Diesel will race in a direct elimitation scheme for the best Eastern Europe Diesel car.
3rd Final: Best 16 times in Street FWD will race in a direct elimination scheme for the best Eastern Europe FWD.
4th Final: Best 16 times in Street 4WD will race in a direct elimination scheme for the best Eastern Europe 4WD.
5th Final: Best 16 times in Street RWD will race in a direct elimination scheme for the best Eastern Europe RWD.
King Of Europe Final: Best 4 in Street RWD + Best 4 in Street FWD + Best 4 in Street 4WD + Best 2 in Street category + Best car in Diesel category + first overall qualification time will race in a direct elimination scheme for the "King of Europe East" crown.

Baneasa.... imi aduce aminte de Micutzu.... in toate filmele de la cursele de acolo se auzea gura lui, sa ne aducem aminte si de el cand o sa fim acolo !! Multa bafta baieti, vedeti sa nu va prindeti urechiile in motor ca sa traga mai bine

Sa speram ca se si materializeaza. 
Iany, de curiozitate si pentru a face o comparatie respectand proportiile, cat de greu e de rezervat pentru un asemenea eveniment timp de trei zile aeroportul de la Tulcea, de exemplu ?
A nu se intelege gresit intrebarea mea - sunt doar curios ca vreau sa-mi fac o idee de cat de realizabila e inchirierea/inchiderea partiala a unui aeroport ca cel de la Baneasa timp de trei zile - si te intreb pentru ca voi ati avut de a face cu inchiriere de aeroport si cu conditiile cerute in asemenea cazuri.

Ma uit pe site-ul lor (kingofeurope.net) si nu gasesc regulamentul pentru drag.
Nu e sau sunt eu chiomp?
Sau grupele sunt open, cum vad ca scrie la `finals` , adica toate FWD gramada, toate RWD gramada, toate AWD etc.. ?
