Die Leistungssteigerung (V32 CI) auf 275 PS bzw. 605 Nm hat bei diesem C-Klasse-Modell Wunder bewirkt. Den Sprint auf 100 km/h absolviert die Luxuslimousine in nur 6,5 Sekunden – bei Tempo 260 km/h wird der V6-Diesel abgeregelt. Der neue VÄTH V32 CDI hat es also wirklich in sich. Trotz der gesteigerten Motorleistung schaltet die Siebengang-Automatik blitzschnell und sanft.


Unter das Chassis der Sportlimousine verbauten die Spezialisten aus Hösbach nicht weniger spektakulär als das VÄTH-Leichtmetallrad in Größe 8,5x19 Zoll und 9,5x19 Zoll mit 235/35 und 265/30er Bereifung. Die Fahrwerksmodifikationen senken den Mercedes um ein paar Millimeter Richtung Asphalt – dabei bleibt weder die Lenk-Präzision noch der Federungskomfort auf der Strecke, erst recht nicht die Sportlichkeit.


Für die perfekte Verzögerung sorgt jetzt eine VÄTH-Sportbremsanlage. Sechs Kolben an der Vorderachse und vier Kolben an der Hinterachse klemmen sich an gigantische 360 mm bzw. 330 mm Sportbremsscheiben und sorgen somit für ein noch besseres Bremsverhalten.


Doch auch die neue sportliche Optik kann sich gut sehen lassen. Der VÄTH-Veredelungskit besteht aus einer Frontlippe (in die Frontstoßstange eingearbeitet), einem Heckdiffusor, einer Heckspoilerlippe und einem Kühlergrill ohne Mercedes-Stern – das passt!


Im Innenraum blieb ebenfalls kein Stein auf dem anderen. Eine 7-teilige Carbonausstattung inkl. Türpins und hochwertiger Fußmatten komplettieren die ohnehin gut ausgestattete C-Klasse.
