Ai umblat numai cu Sol-ul de nu ai mai facut nimic la asta

Am observat ca ai reusit sa improvizezi bara antiruliu pe spate

Buna treaba . Ce tip de cutie ai ? Y21? S4C? . LSD este de S9B? mai multe detalii cu swapul diferentialului in cutie poti da ? ma refer la adaptare , rulmenti etc?

Um mic ajutor pentru puntea spate AICI .

Da... stiu... asta era cea mai usoara solutie... nu stiu unde pot face eu piesa asta in Romania si de cumparat costa cam 170-300 de dolari pe ebay, in functie de producator/vinzator... si nu am banii necesari.

Tot ce este in cutia mea este din cutia de Integra TypeR cu LSD - EUDM . Practic nu stiu daca este S80, am sa ma uit daca mai scrie ceva pe carcasa. Cica ar avea si 4.7 final drive. Practic e o diferenta... am stat si am numarat dintii de pe diferential si countershaft si difera... mai multi pe diferential si mai putin pe countershaft... deci ar trebui sa creasca cuplul putin.
Carcasa de la cutia aia era sparta si am pus tot la mine.

Rulmentii de la diferentialul cu LSD erau conici pe ace, "taper roller bearin" care erau ruginiti. Trebuia sa ii schimb si am cautat putin pe net. Am costatat ca majoritatea recomanda rulmentii pe bile si ca si cei de la Honda cica ar fi schimbat si ei dupa 98 rulmentii pe ace cu rulmenti pe bile, cum au dealtfel toate diferentialele nonLSD. Asa ca am pus rulmenti normali, pe bile. Problema a venit cind am instalat LSD-ul in cutie ca e ceva mai "scund" si avea joc cam 4.5mm. In cutia veche erau niste distantiere care nu se mai potriveau din cauza noilor rulmenti (frecau pe partea fixa a rulmentului). Asa ca am luat distantierele si am mers cu ele la un strungar... am luat citiva mm din ele, le-am putut instala si jocul a disparut.

Cam asta a fost in cateva cuvinete, mai multe la baiatul asta pe topic.

Am doua Honde, un delsol si un civic.

Masina nu v-a ramane cu barile in culorile astea... nu am mai avut timp sa le vopsesc.

Sper sa va placa culoarea jantelor... mie nu prea imi place e prea inchisa.

Mai am de lucru la asta... e departe de a fi gata
