Iti raspund eu Fixius NU nu se paote conduce fara permis, poate doar pe drumurile "ne-publice".

Cred ca da. Oricum are toate actele necesare pt inmatriculare, are si certificat de conformitate! Se poate inmatricula oricand. Iti treb cat. B ca sa il conduci.

Am testat asa ceva in Bucuresti anul trecut....foarte interesant, singurul impediment ar fi ca daca mergi prin bucuresti vei fi negru pe fata, maini si alte parti datorita prafului si a gazului de la evacuarile celor din fata ta....tu practic stai un pic cam jos :). Cea care am testat-o eu avea tractiune spate....am facut niste cercuri pe nisip...super!

E mai ales recomandabila pentru teren !.

Legat de inmatriculare se face ca la orice masina normala. Exista deja la noi in tara o gramada inmatriculate.

Bafta la vanzare!
