Din intample am dat peste articolul asta din wikipedia :
"White on black background plates are extremely rare, and not clearly specified by the law. They belong to the administration of religious organizations, such as the Romanian Orthodox Church. There are not more than a dozen or two vehicles using such registration plates. They can be mostly seen around important monasteries. The format is identical to the standard one, excepting the reversal of the colours."

da, eu unul sigur am vazut numere tip vechi pe negru.numere noi nu mai tin minte

Nu am vazut ... retin ca avea bunicul meu pe o dacie 1300 numere dar nu cred ca erau cu fundalul negru ... In romania eu sincer nu cred ca sunt , legea interzice ... retin ca scrie ceva in genul sa fie fundalul reflectorizant ... nu stiu , eu nu am vazut ... ar fi frumos sa se faca , arata altfel ...
