Descrieti masina preferata....detalii mai jos...
 
Descrieti masina voastra preferata de curse dupa urmatoarele criterii:

*sa aiba un istoric cat de cat...voi considerati ce si cum...
*o masina care credeti ca ar face senzatie(si voua si altora);
*sa fi participat si sa fi castigat cel putin o data un raliu mare (ex. le Mans);
*sa nu aiba pretul de achizitie mai mare de 15-20000 de euro azi;
*sa fie intre anii '60-'90,pentru a evita Lamborghini Murcielago ,Ferrari Enzo ,Porsche Carrera GT ,Dodge Viper SRT-10 etc...

Pentru mine o masina deosebit de dragutza este LANCIA DELTA INTEGRALE:o

Avand un istoric impresionant,un design placut gustului meu,pentru mine intruchipeaza sportivitatea unei bestii italiene:D

mai jos sunt ceva detalii(descrierile nu imi apartin):-)


Istoric

Lancia Delta este fara doar si poate cea mai de succes masina de raliuri produsa vreodata in lume. Designul initial ii apartine lui Giorgio Guigiaro (1979) si are la baza o evolutie a sasiului Fiat-ului Ritmo. Din mai 1986 si pana in noiembrie 1994 Lancia a aruncat pe piata diferite evoltii ale modelului Delta. Acestea le puteti cunoaste mai bine in sectiunea "Istoric". Aici ne vom ocupa mai mult de partea sentimentala a acestei masini.
Lancia este cea mai de succes firma in WRC. Modelele sale (Stratos, Delta S4, "Rally" si Delta Integrale) au cumulat 74 de victorii si 11 titluri mondiale. Cea mai de succes dintre Lancii este evident Delta Integrale, care a dominat grupa A.
Motorul Lanciei Delta are la baza conceptul legendarului inginer italian Aurelio Lampredi. Multi dintre proprietarii de Delta sustin ca versiunea 8 valve este mai receptiva la sub 5000 rot/min decat versiunile de 16 valve. Asta se datoreaza faptului ca, se stie, versiunea cu 8 valve foloseste o turbosuflanta mai mare care introduce o oarecare intarziere la a raspunde la comenzi, dar da o mai mare placere la turatii reduse. Modelul cu 16 valve a corijat aceasta problema si drept urmare raspunde mai bine la comenzi peste 5000 rot/min. Oricare model l-ati incerca insa e clar ca Lancia Delta Integrale va va marca pe viata. Senzatia pe care ea ti-o da atunci cand pedala de acceleratie e apasata fin spre podea e unica.

Comportament pe sosea

Ea are o tendinta subviratorie accentuata la intrarea in viraj, in vreme ce la iesire devine supraviratorie. Acest lucru se datoreaza mai ales turbosuflantei. In mod normal, atunci cand abordezi un viraj ai terminat de franat si turbosuflanta functioneaza la rotatii reduse. Acest lucru cauzeaza o tendinta subviratorieIn acest moment ai impresia ca nu vei mai reusi sa abordezi virajul si ca masina iese direct in decor. Aici intervine sangele rece si nebunia. Pedala de acceleratie trebuie acum sa fie apasata pana la fund. In cazul in care pedala ramane lipita de podea, turbosuflanta intra in functiune si o forta imensa loveste rotile din fata, care nu fac presiunii si diferentialul blocheaza, trimitand puterea pe rotile din spate. Acest lucru arunca masina pe o traiectorie supraviratorie afara din viraj la o viteza nebuna. Senzatia este extraordinara insa trebuie sa fi foarte curajos in faza subviratorie si sa apesi pedala la fund desi ai senzatia ca urmeaza sa „zbori” de pe sosea. Abia la jumatatea virajului turbo-ul intra in functiune, asta daca pedala de acceleratie e apasata la maxim. Nu oricine poate sa conduca la potential maxim o asemenea masina. Versiunile preparate de raliu au beneficiat de un sistem de reducere a intarzierii turbosuflantei (bang-bang A.L.S. - Anti Lag System), insa modelele de strada nu au putut fi dotate cu asa ceva din cauza problemelor la sistemul de evacuare.

Una peste alta, Lancia Delta Integrale este o masina dinamica si stabila a caror limite sunt foarte greu de atins. Nu putem totusi sa o comparam cu WRC-urile de productie noua (ca Subaru Impreza spre exemplu), mai ales din cauza ca acestea din urma au solutii tehnice cu aproape 20 de ani mai evoluate. Cu toate acestea, Lancia Delta Integrale poate oricand sa umileasca un Subaru Impreza daca la volanul ei se afla un sofer capabil.

Lancia nu e o masina extrem de fiabila,in acea vreme performantele fiind primare altor “detalii” ,cum ar fi fiabilitatea.

da mi-a placut mult si mie aceasta masina si a fost o placere sa o conduc cindva.Era f spartana in interior si rigida cum nici o masina actuala nu e .Cauta varianta care are intre usa fata si aripa o mica priza de aer de culoarea neagra aceea este varianta ceea mai rapida undeva peste 300hp ,suparata rau.

Vauxhall VXR8- asta chiar imi place doar fiindca ii zice '///M eater' ,si ca are cam aceleasi dotari ca si loganul 16V+ piele :hug: ....defapt arata chiar fain interiorul si scaunele par calumea.
Pun pariu ca asta o sa urmeze dupa nemtalau tau ;)

dude gresesti ; corvette zr1 c4 a fost fabricat in fabrica chevrolet Bowling Green, Kentucky , iar motorul era fabricat in fabrica Mercury Marine corporation in Oklahoma ,

in acea periada lotus era proprietatea GM

inginerii d ela lotus au ajutat la proiectarea motorului (care este deosebit si ptr standardele de azi) au facut upgrade-ul la frine si au ajutat la setup-ul directiei .. deci nu este Lotus ,ok? :D

Si fiind colegi cu cei de la lotus, ce e rau in a apela la experienta lor in motorsport ... ? trebuie privit asa cum este, un lucru bun !

Jaguar XJ220! Nu se incadreaza in bugetul propus in thread dar e o masina care chiar merita atentia noastra. Masina conceputa in perioada total nepotrivita. Daca ar fi aparut cu 10 ani mai tarziu ar fi fost vremea ei. Numele denota viteza maxima a masinii care nu a fost niciodata atinsa din pacate. Doar 217 mph adica 349 kmh detinand recordul de viteza pana la aparitia McLaren-ului.
Cu un motor de 3500 cmc , twin turbo, masina avea aprox 550 de cai, RWD. Timp 0-100 3,7 secunde si 0-200kmh 10,3 secunde, mai rapid decat Pagani zonda. Masina aparuta cu aproape 15 ani mai tarziu. Sfertul de mila in 11,7 secunde un timp foarte buna si pt supercar-urile din zilele noastre. Cu un timp de 7.39 pe nurburgring (timp neoficial) masina este mai rapida decat SLR, Ford GT, LP640, Z06, GT3, Zonda si Veyron.
In total s-au fabricat 281 de bucati masina devenind o raritate si o masina de colectie.

cei de la auto motor und sport germania, au testat si comparat toate M-urile facute vreodata inclusiv M1, si concluzia a fost ... cel mai placut la coondus e M3 E30 ;)

e sooper dragutz...m-am uitat pe mobile.de .....o mashina buna peste 30000 euro...nu conta k e offtopic...k imi plac pozele...credeti k ar fi un adversar puternic la un concurs organizat,gen "aeroport"?

fratii mei,nu am experienta,sau cultura automobilistica....mai aratati-mi modele frumoase...dar nu fancy...ca si jaguar'ul acela...ala e un super-car....lancia,bmw'ul,corvette'ul...astea da...:shock:

Am inteles ca GT-ul are nevoie de o asigurare speciala, care vine undeva la 2500EUR pe luna, la noi in Romania. Oricum, cu toate ca are unele 'neajunsuri', cum ar fi vizibilitatea redusa de la volan, ramane un 'ultimate supercar'!

BMW M5 E34

The M5 version of the E34 was produced from 1988-1995. It featured an S38 straight-6 engine, originally a 3.6 L with an output of 231 kW (314 PS; 310 hp), later upgraded to a 3.8 L producing 250 kW (340 PS; 335 hp).

In its last two years of production, it also sported the 6-speed manual gearbox that had been given to some of the 540i E34. This gearbox then followed through to the next generation of 5 series: the E39.

As with many M-Series cars, the body's styling was upgraded with aerodynamic and cosmetic enhancements to outline its sportier nature.

Along with a modified suspension, the M5 was outfitted with 17 and 18-inch (460 mm) alloy wheels. Interestingly, one of these wheel models was the 17-inch (430 mm) M System wheels, which had two interchangeable fascia known as Turbine and Throwing-Stars (or T-Stars). These wheels are still highly sought and praised amongst BMW enthusiasts, and are sometimes worn without any fascia.

The Story of the 22B

By modern standards, Subaru are a small vehicle manufacturer. The company was started in 1958 and is predominantly owned by Fuji Heavy Industries, a major Japanese industrial company.

For years, Subaru cars were the choice of farmers, throughout the world. The tough build quality and excellent four wheel drive system made them ideal for use on the land. It was not until the 1990’s that the excellent design and low centre of gravity of the flat four boxer engine, together with its symmetrically equal length drive train, began to be fully exploited in motorsport.

A young Colin McRae started his Subaru years in a Prodrive prepared Legacy Turbo and his success gave feed back to FHI for the design of the Impreza Turbo, or WRX as it is known in the southern hemisphere. What happened after that is legend and 1995 saw McRae and Derek Ringer become the first ever British World Rally Champions. Subaru have since taken the constructor’s title in all but one of the following years, with 1997 heralding the Peter Stevens designed Subaru Impreza WRC car on the world’s stages. All WRC drivers still today acknowledge this car as the most beautiful entrant in the WRC line up.

Although BAT failed to renew their sponsorship of the team at the end of 1998, the 555 years will always be remembered in motorsport. On any World Rally event, the crowds would be full of blue and yellow clothed fans. The 1999 and 2000 cars have retained the Sonic Blue and yellow livery although now with the Subaru “swoosh” and their lines and colour draw breath from all who see them in the flesh. Either for the first time, or the hundredth time. In 1998, Subaru declined a lucrative sponsorship deal, as it would have meant losing the Sonic Blue colour. Subaru Technica International, FHI’s in-house tuner, provided the bulk of the funding for the team.

1998 marked 40 years of Subaru and the marketing people in Japan wanted to celebrate the company’s success with a car like no other.

So was born the 22B.

The name itself is an enigma. Many journalists jumped to the mistaken assumption that 22 referred to the 2.2 litre engine and the B stood for Bilstein, the car’s suspension manufacturers. The truth is 22B is hexadecimal (number base 16, used in the coding of computer programmes where the letter A to F are used for the numbers 10 to 15) for 555.

To prove this, take a calculator and add the following into the memory…

2x16x16 = 512
2x16 = 32
B = 11

Total = 555

The technical specification of the car had to be a list of superlatives and the engineers at Subaru and Prodrive let their imagination run wild.

The engine was bored out to 2.2 litres, retaining the same stroke as the stock 2.0 litre engine. This had the effect of giving the car a torque curve that wasn’t even a curve. It is a steep climb and table like flat line, when plotted on a graph. The increase in mid range performance gives the car 70bhp more than its 2.0 litre brothers, at only 3,000 rpm. Such was the mid range power, that many respected journalists embarrassed themselves by stating that the car must produce over 350bhp. No 22B has broken the voluntary power limit, in standard form.

Although the engine still complied with the Japanese voluntary power limit of 276bhp, it is how and where it delivers this power that is so enjoyable… and the 22B delivers usable power like no other modern car. Its turbo is a large IHI VF23 roller bearing unit, providing huge volumes of compressed air, but with very low inertia properties. Its fuel rails are custom units, required to match the demands of such a highly tuned engine and the pistons are forged lightweight units, so as to minimise the weight of their 98mm bulk. Transmission is via the same gearbox as the STI IV type R, incorporating the driver adjustable viscous centre differential. The front and rear track were increased by 40mm and 80mm respectively. This was partially achieved by using BBS 17x8.5” wheels and by redesigning the rear suspension arms and driveshafts.

Most of the mechanical parts of a 22B are stock items on other Subaru cars, the 22B just uses the best of what was available. But the most interesting part is the shell.

Every car was hand made, starting with a lightweight 2 door WRX RA shell and then cutting off the rear arches. The new “blown” arches were welded in their place and the front of the car received similar appendages to cover to massive wheels and extra track. The dimensions of the car were now virtually identical to the car watched by millions, in the hands of Subaru’s new driver line up, Richard Burns and Juha Kunkkenhann. The rear spoiler has the same adjustable foil as the WRC car, for increasing down force on twisty tarmac events.

The brakes fitted were the standard Subaru 4 pot calipers with 292mm discs on the front and a new rear 2 pot caliper with larger vented disc on the rear. Both were painted in a bright red colour, looking very distinctive through the gold BBS wheels.

The car’s Bilstein suspension is the only part of the car that has not received universal acclaim, being designed for the smooth fast highways of Japan rather than the undulating B roads of Europe. Although the dampers carry a badge which says By Prodrive, Prodrive were quick to say the final spec was actually decided in Japan.

The interior of the car features a matt finished dash layout and specially embroidered seats. In front of the gear lever, a plaque denotes which of the initial 400 cars this particular one is.

I say initial as more than 400 were produced. A total of 426 were finally made. 3 cars are designated 000 and are owned by Colin McRae, Nicky Grist and David Lapworth, there is no number 13 and 24 cars were made for issue outside Japan. Of this 24, 16 came to the UK and were badged 22B Type UK and the other 8 went to the owners of Subaru concessions throughout the world. It is rumoured that a few of this final 8 went to private collectors, such as The Sultan of Brunei.

At the time of writing, I am very lucky to have driven 24 different 22B cars and doubt that anyone outside of Subaru has been so privileged. My most memorable time was when Anders Skarsten handed me the keys of his 22B for me to use on the 1998 Tour d’Ecosse. Just over 2000 miles of driving, half of this spent on the fantastic roads of Scotland’s west coast.

Every 22B I have driven has been different, each reflecting the hand built nature of the cars. Every one has brought a devilish smile to my face and envy of the fortunate owners, who enjoy the amorous glances and dropped jaws of the public on a daily basis.
