Sablare profesionala si PowderCoating (vopsire electrostatica) - jante, etrieri, etc
 

Sablare de finete (bicarbonat de sodiu) sau de profunzime (oxid de aluminiu) orice material fara a lasa urme: metal, aluminiu, magneziu, fibra de sticla, geam, plastic, etc.

PowderCoating - vopsire electrostatica orice material metal, aluminiu sau aliaje cu scule profesionale de ultima ora in culori normale sau speciale (cromare, satinare, candy, vopsele rezistente la temperaturi inalte, etc).

Vopseaua de acest gen este foarte rezistenta la actiuni mecanice si termice, are o textura de sticla, nu exista scursuri sau lac, se aplica foarte repede, costuri reduse comparativ cu vopsirea uzuala.

PRETURI DECENTE si STANDARDE RIDICATE.

preturi orientative, pot varia in functie de complexitatea lucrarii (sablat + vopsit electrostatic + calire la cuptor).

4 etrieri - 300 ron
4 jenti 15" - 400 ron
4 jenti 16" - 450 ron
4 jenti 17" - 500 ron

Optional se poate adauga LAC ELECTROSTATIC pentru un luciu si o rezistenta aditionala 50 ron / set.

Vopseaua este de o duritate incredibila si este pe VIATA !

Pentru 4 buze de dat lac electrostatic :rolleyes2 , o sa fac buzele full polish si vroiam sa le pastrez, sunt jantele de iarna! Sa nu stau sa le fac luciu mereu :D
Pe 15" sunt jantele!
Da-mi pe pm detalii si pret ..sau aici

Am reusit sa aducem si sa implementam in procesul de powdercoating o culoare "crom" de la renumita firma PowderBuyThePound din USA.

Preturile sunt cu 25% mai mari decat pentru o vopsire cu culori normale.

Salut, miezul jantelor cu tot cu capace la niste BBS RS-uri pe 17" si un lac uniform pe toata suprafata lor cat ma costa? ( variaza pretul daca sunt 4 culori diferite?, fiecare janta ar sa aiba u culoare) Ms.

PS: (le trimit eu fara surubele, trebuie doar acoperita buza si vopsite.. ca nu sunt modulare)

nu putem face izolarea buzei cum trebuie la vopsit electrostatic, srry. nu va iesi perfect si in plus ti-as cere un pret nu tocmai corect pentru 4 culori deoarece trebuie sa folosesc de 4 ori cuptorul (deci as consuma de energie electrica cat pentru 4 seturi de jante).

Candy Orange

Avantajul a fost ca jantele erau ca noi, deci nu trebuit sablare intensiva. Si am nimerit soare afara pentru poze :).

Pasul 1: sablare fina cu bicarbonat de sodiu.
Pasul 2: aplicat substrat Patented Chrome II (se reflecta prin stratul al doilea)
Pasul 3: aplicat Candy Orange Transparent

Salut , as vrea si eu exact culoarea din poza un set de jante de 15 " pentru opel astra G 2002 , jantele sunt din aliaj , nu sunt ciobite sau lovite , nu cred ca necesita cine stie ce sablare decat pt a curata vopseaua actuala . Cat m-ar costa , cam cat ar dura si in ce zona este vopsitoria .

salut,

procesul pentru Orange candy este urmatorul.

- sablare (este la fel pentru orice fel de jante :) )
- aplicat substrat electrostatic extrudat
- aplicat vopsea electrostatica Ultima CHrome 2
- aplicat vopsea electrostatica Orange Candy

pretul pentru un set de jante de 15"in culoarea respectiva este de 650 ron.
dureaza in jur de 10-14 zile pana vine vopseaua pe comanda din USA.

ma poti ajuta te rog un pret aproximativ pentru 4 jante 17" on 35th anniversary de facut negru mat? Probabil la vreo 3 este nevoie si de reconstructie buza sau brate, fiind zgariate in timp.
Deasemenea, un timp estimativ pentru realizarea lucrarii.

tot procesul (sablat + reconditionat buze + powdercoating negru mat) te costa 500 ron daca nu este nevoie de sudura in argon. Daca este nevoie vedem la fata locului ce se poate face.

dureaza 2-3 zile minim.

Jante 19" BBS care au avut 4 straturi de vopsea si kit.

- sablare mai agresiva cu alice de inox penutr a indeparta tot cancerul de pe ele.
- aplicat strat primer electrostatic.
- powdercoating grafit / carbon RS style
- aplicat lac electrostatic

Salut dinnou,
poate este o intrebare prosteasca dar in cazul meu pare singur solutie momentan:
pot veni doar cate o roata. Caci 2 seturi de gume am, dar de jante nu. Si pot folosi rezerva cat se lucreaza la cate o roata le schimb pe rand.
Daca se face doar cate o roata, creste costul lucrarii?

Jantele au avut 3 straturi de vopsea, au fost sablate intensiv iar apoi s-a dat un substrat electostatic negru pentru a nivela suprafata. La final s-a aplicat Ultimate Crome 2, vopseaua cea mai apropiata de crom existenta.

Jantele au fost mai intai sablate, apoi s-a observat o fisura la una din spite. Fisura a fost sudata in mediu protejat (argon) si apoi rectificata. Culoarea aleasa a fost Argintiu Perlat cu flakes-uri stralucitoare in soare. La final s-a dat si un strat de lac electrostatic pentru o stralucire si protectie aditionala.
