BMW E30 325e M20B27
Am comandat in germania un 325.
Se pare ca va eni celebrul, dar lipsit de vlaga 325e cel care are motor de 2,7litri. Din pacate puterea e foarte mica la acest motor M20B27 de 122-129cp in functie de varianta. Masina va fi tunata si pregatita pentru show. Probabil ca va primi ulterior si un mic turbo. Hai sa vedem ce se poate face in prima faza acestui motor sa devina competitiv. |

As vrea sa-si dea cu parerea cei care au un astfel de model, stiu piata sau au lucrat ori avut prin preajma asa ceva.
Nu sunt de neglijat nici sursele virtuale de pe net. |

Vreau sa demonstrez ca avand putina stinta si PUTINI bani se poate face ceva din pasiune.

Cand ajunge masina la Bucuresti o sa va pun poze cu ea!
Costul este destul de mic la asa ceva daca cauti in Germania, dar adusul si vama salta pretul. Probabil fiind de show nu o voi inmatricula. |

din motorul ala poti face ravagii daca investesti minim de bani!!!schimbi toata gestiunea motorului cu 2.5 tot de ursulet,injectoare de 3.5....

e adevarat,un model "e" nu e atat de puternic,dar puterea motorului (122 sau 129 de cai,depinde de model) e disponibila de la turatii mici.de aici vine "e".functioneaza ca si un motor diesel,(putere mare la turatii mici) prin schimbarea chiuloasei,cu una de 2500,vei putea ajunge la 7000 rpm in loc de 4000 si ceva (unde e acum limitat motorul) bine-nteles daca vrei un alt ax cu came.chip vei gasi mai greu,dar merita.cele mai pertinente informatii ti le poate oferi Domy,el are asa ceva (BH 04 ARO) daca intri pe Oradea il gasesti.succes.

The 2.7 L M20B27 was designed for efficiency (thus the e for the Greek letter eta in 325e). It had an 84 mm (3.3 in) bore and with 81 mm (3.2 in) a longer stroke, for a total displacement of 2693 cc. The eta had only four effective camshaft bearings for reduced internal friction, with all seven cast into the head but only four corresponding journals on the cam. The heads were drilled to oil accordingly. Output was between only 121 hp (up to 1987) and 127 hp (after 1987) but fuel efficiency was fairly good for the period and for that size engine. The low-revving high torque design was resonably well received, but the 325e designation caused it to be compared to the later 325i which had more power and a more exciting sound with its higher range of revs. It is interesting to note that the eta and the b25 engine, despite a 47 hp disparity in power output, produce a similar amount of torque at about 170 ft·lbf at medium revs. In theory, this should have resulted in similar acceleration in top gear, but due to differences in gearing these were different. The 325/325e(s) used 2.79 and 2.93 rear axle ratios depending on the model year. The 325i sedan used a 3.64 ratio, and 3.91 in the touring and late ix variant. This equates to lower torque at the wheels on eta cars and results in substantially milder acceleration. All eta engines used Bosch Motronic engine management systems that were calibrated for maximum fuel economy. The result was a very conservative spark advance curve and fuel delivery curve. In addition, the Motronic had a built-in rev limiter that engaged at around 4700 rpm. This very low redline was the result of the four bearing cam, soft valve springs, intake manifold design and camshaft design. Considering the very low overlap and short duration the motor didnt make any real power up high anyway. For the 1988 model year, the eta cars got a warming over from the factory. This entailed the previously mentioned Bosch Motronic Fuel Injection, a 325i head with the larger 325i valves, ports and revised combustion chambers, special pistons to fit the 2.7 liter stroke with the 2.5 liter head, a dual pipe exhaust system and a 5300 RPM rev limit. Though it only made slightly more power in stock form, it could be easily boosted by bolting on a 325i head with a more aggressive performance camshaft, a complete 325i intake manifold and throttle and plugging in the 325i engine control unit with a performance chip. Depending on which cam and chip is used, that motor can make over 200 **********. In aftermarket modifications that are inspired by custom versions of Alpina and AC Schnitzer, the long-stroke eta engine block is often combined with a 325i head to a so-called 327i that combines the high low-rev torque of the eta with the top-range power of the 325i. |

Eu am motor de 2.7 ETA pe URSul meu din 1990 , cu chiuloasa de 2.5 ... si 127 Cp ... nu scoate fum , nu a fost kasapita masina ptr ca nu am vazut-o la legale ...
Face ravagii motorul asta daca se umbla putin la el ??? Ca el in mers mixt ( forja + pensie ) consuma 12 in oras ... |

Pana acum in Romania, sunt 2 ursi turbo. Unul in CT, motor 2.7eta, si unul in Bucuresti 2.5 IX

Au incercat niste baieti destepti prin dr taberei sa faca un urs cu motorul de 3.5 turbo,de pe septar, dar a iesit o tiganie, s-a taiat din el mult, etc. Masina nu am vazuto mergand niciodata. Am inteles ca a luato cineva, nu stiu ce s-a intamplat cu ea.

Da,BAV de care vb eu e un 745i si are motor de 3,5 turbo pus pe masina motorul e turbo din fabrica facut de BMW.

Sbastian, cred ca te-as putea ajuta aici. Daca vrei sa pastrezi motorul de 2.7 si sa-i schimbi chiulasa & DME cu cel de pe 2.5, am doua variante, una pe la 500, alta pe la 1000 si 1pik, prin care sa ajungi (realist) la 250-260cp. Da-mi PM daca esti interesat.

Am eu de vanzare un motor de 2.7 cu chiuloasa de 2.5 , injectoare de 2.5 , pistoane de 2.7 , este pe masina , merge destul de bine , nu are probleme , nu scoate fum albastru decat in ture f mari ...

salut sebastian,
din motorul eta poti scoate mai multe la bani putzini...fara alimentare turbo sau compresor, deoarece ar fi probleme termice, ca la multe motoare bmw,...dar 220-250 de CP la o greutate redusa, se poate aduce masina de la 1200 kg la 1000 kg fara probleme prea mari, ar trebui sa fie suficent pentru mici surprize:lol: danny |

Modelul Alpina 2.7 de 210 de cai avea toate cele de mai sus plus pistoane speciale pt. ca nu este asa cum cred majoritatea de la noi "pun chiuloasa, injectoare si instalatie de 2.5 pe 2.7 si trage grav" problema este ca scade raportul de compresie!!!! ajunge pe la 8.5:1 Ar mai fi cateva modificari care nu costa mult dar nesemnifictive (max 5cai), deci care a fi modificarile pt. a ajunge la 250 de cai |

Am luat un 325i inca e la Tm urmeaza sa-l transport la bucuresti. |
