Jante 16" BBS RC Powdercoating Argintiu Perlat (4 photos)
Buzele jantelor au fost polishate iar apoi aplicat un strat de lac electrostatic pentru protectie. Miezul a fost sablat, aplicat un strat de argintiu perlat iar la final un lac electrostatic pentru protectie de straulucire aditionala.

Salut!.Asa cum am mentionat mai inainte, am trei jante de aliaj logan, (foto atasat), pe care doresc sa le reconditionez, dupa ce merg la indreptat.Una are o buza mai "muscata " sa spun asa, altele sunt ciupite asa cum se vad in foto.Intrebarea mea este daca este mai bine sa le vopsesc electrostatic (adica buza jantei) sau sa le sudez si pe urma la vopsit la dvs.Doresc sa aiba culoarea perlata asa cum sunt din fabrica.Am notat nr. dvs. de telefon si va voi contacta, pentru mai multe detalii.Multumesc.

se rezolva buzele fara sudura. totusi va recomand sa le vopsim pe toate 4.

Jante 16" Toyota Powdercoating Argintiu Perlat (4 photos)
Jantele au fost sablat la alice, acoperite cu un strat pentru nivelare negru, un strat de argintiu perlat iar la final lac electrostatic.


Jante 17" Ford Mustang Powdercoating Negru Lucios (7 photos)
Jantele au fost sablate intensiv, aplicat un strat de negru pentru nivelare, slefuiere pentru un finish corect iar la final aplicat un strat de negru lucios electrostatic.

Jante 18" BMW M Powdercoating Grafit / Carbon Perlat (10 photos)
Pentru doua din jante a fost reconstruita complet buza si una din spite cu sudura in mediu protejat (argon) iar apoi rectificare pe strung. Culoarea aleasa a fot grafit / carbon cu perla in soare urmat de un strat de lac electrostatic. Flake-urile metalice din vopsea in mod sigur vor iesi in evidenta in soare. Aceasta este culoarea cu cel mai mare continut de perla din gama noastra.


Jante 17" Team Dynamics Powdercoating Argintiu Perlat (5 photos)
Jantele au fost sablate fin iar una din buza reconditonata. Culoarea aleasa a fost un argintiu perlat cu metal flake-uri ce stralucesc in soare. Pentru a finisa ansamblul la sfarsit a fost dat un strat de lac electrostatic pentru protectie si stralucire aditionala.

Jante 18" BMW M Powdercoating Grafit / Carbon Perlat Mat (inchis) (5 photos)
Jantele au ajuns la noi destul de corodate. Au trebuit sablate intensiv, aplicat un strat negru de nivelare, finisate din nou iar la final aplicat stratul electrostatic (powdercoating) de grafit / carbon perlat (varianta inchisa).

Daca da te rog lasa un raspuns ma intereseaza deoarece polishu este pretentios mai ales intre suruburi unde cu greu mai acces dupa asamblare.

da, facem operatiunea in mod constant.
se poate aplica doar lac electrostatic (cel de pistol se va scurge in mod sigur si se va exfolia destul de repede).
