Jante 17" BBS Powdercoating Grafit / Carbon Perlat Mat (7 photos)

Jantele au ajuns la noi destul de corodate si cu 2 straturi anterioare de vopsea. Au fost sablate intensiv pentru curatare pana la metal. S-a aplicat apoi un strat de fuller electrostatic pentru nivelare. Culoarea aleasa a fost carbon / grafit perlat mat (fara lac).

Jantele au ajuns la noi strambe si fisurate. Au fost indreptate si sudata in mediu protejat iar apoi rectificate manual. Sablarea a fost una fina pentru un finisaj deosebit. Dupa sablare a urmat un strat de fuller electrostatic pentru nivel
area suprafetei sudate. Culoarea aleasa a fost Sunset Orange aplicata evident tot electrostatic pentru o rezistenta maxima in timp. Pentru reconditionare nu s-a folosit chit, totul este facut cu metal si electrostatic pentru o rezistenta maxima.

Etrierii ne-au ajuns noi direct livrati, culoarea standard silver. Au fost izolate toate filetele, culisele, si pistoanele. A fost dat un prim strat electrostatic de liquid yellow, dupa care a fost inscriptionata sigla cu un sablon negativ, iar la final un strat de lac electrostatic pentru protectie maxima.

Protectie anti-coroziva discuri de frana (4 photos)
Discurile au avut partea de contact cu placutele izolata, s-a dat un strat anti-coroziv electrostatic pe partea predispusa la rugina iar la final un strat de vopsea electrostatica negru mat rezistenta la 750 grade.

Buze jante 22" Polish + Lac Electrostatic (6 photos)
Buzele au fost polishate iar la final a fost aplicat un strat de lac electrostatic pentru protectie anti-coroziva si mecanica maxima.

deci vreau sa zic ca a crapat vopseaua pe jante nu stiu de ce,imi poate spune si mie cineva de ce???:rolleyes2:rolleyes2 parca era rezistenta la temperaturi mari.....
