Jantele au fost sablate intensiv, buzele refacute, aplicat un strat de fuller electrostatic pentru nivelare. Culoarea aleasa a fost carbon / grafit perlat (varianta mai deschisa) cu un strat aditional de lac electrostatic pentru protectie si stralucire aditionala.

Jante 18" OPEL Powdercoating Purple Starlight (5 photos)


Jantele au fost sablate intensiv de straturile de vopsea date la pistol si chitul aferent. Pentru nivelare a fost dat un strat de fuller electrostatic. Ca baza pentru aceasta culoare speciala s-a dat un strat de vopsea crom Ultimate Chrome 2 pentru a se reflecta prin culoarea de baza (mov) care este semi-transparenta. Stratul de vopsea propriu zis este Purple Starlight, o pulbere cu flakes-uri metalice de diferite irizatii care se polarizeaza in soare. Totul a fost finisat cu un strat de lac electrostatic pentru protectie si stralucire aditionala. Jantele au fost sablate fin pentru un finisaj cat mai corect. De asemenea zgarieturile ocazionale au fost rectificate. Culoarea aleasa a fost negru lucios aplicat electrostatic pentru rezistenta maxima.


Jante 18" VW Interlagos Powdercoating Grafit / Carbon Perlat (7 photos)

Jantele au fost sablate fin iar una din buze a fost reconstruita cu sudura in mediu protejat (argon) iar apoi rectificata pe strung. Culoarea aleasa a fost carbon / grafit perlat mat (fara lac). La reconditionare nu s-a folosit chit sau alte elelmente de finisaj, totul este facut cu metal si finalizat electrostatic, rezultand astfel o rezistenta maxima in timp

Cam cat ar costa reconditionarea jantelor (18'), inclusiv indreptat si vopsit la culoarea originala?

PS (am atasat cate 2 poze pentru fiecare janta, primele 4 cu janta intreaga, iar celelalte cu detaliile sensibile)

salut.

Jantele 600 ron / set (sablat + vopsit electrostatic + lac electrostatic), Noi nu vopsim la pistol, nu folosim chit sau spritchit pentru finisare care sare in timp, totul este facut cu metal si electrostatic. Este cea mai buna varianta pentru jante, oricare alta metoda este doar provizorie.

Daca jantele sunt strambe, noi nu avem aparat de indreptat, trebuie sa vii cu ele indreptate (la orice vulcanizare buna)
Zgarieturile de pe buza si spite se vor reconditiona fara probleme, totusi exista unele locuri unde vad ca trebuie incarcat cu sudura si apoi rectificat la strung, operatiunea care va fi 100-150 lei, iti spun exact cand le vad live.

Piese moto Powdercoating Negru Lucios (7 photos)

Cadrul, bascula, jugurile, telescoapele si etrierii au fost sablate intensiv. Seria de pe cadru, suruburile, filetele si culisele au fost izolate. S-a dat un strat de fuller electrostatic pentru nivelare iar apoi un strat de negru lucios evident tot electrostatic pentru o pretectie maxima in timp.

Jantele au ajuns la noi corodate din cauza agentilor chimici. Au fost sablate cu alice fine metal pentru decontaminare iar dat un strat de fueller electrostatic pentru nivelare. Culoarea aleasa a fost argintiu perlat cu flakes-uri stralucitoare in soare iar la final un strat de lac electrostatic pentru protectie maxima impotriva agentilor externi

Jantele au ajuns la noi cu buzele foarte corodate. Au fost sablate intensiv, reconditionate buzele, aplicat un strat de fuller electrostatic pentru nivelare. Culoarea aleasa a fost un argintiu perlat, asemantor cu cel OE dar cu metal flakes-uri ce stralucesc in soare. La final a fost dat un strat de lac electrostatic pentru protectie si stralucire suplimentare.

Jantele au fost sablate fin, reconditionate buzele care erau foarte zgariate si vopsite cu pudra in camp electrostatic pentru rezistenta maxima in timp. Culoarea aleasa a fost grafit / carbon mat (fara lac) culoarea care echipeaza jantele de RS6.

Jante 17" BBS RS Powdercoating Arctic White (8 photos)

Jantele au ajuns la noi cu buza polishata. Miezul a fost sablat intensiv, aplicat un strat de fuller electrostatic pentru nivelare iar apoi aplicata culoarea alb arctic tot eletrostatic pentru rezistenta maxima in timp. Cercurile au fost izolate pe suprafata polisata, indepartat stratul corodat de vopsea din interior prin slefuise si decapare chimica (nu a fost posibila sablarea din cauza buzei deja polishate) iar apoi aplicat un strat de alb arctic. Pentru finisare nu s-a folosit chit, totul este realizat electrostatic.


Jante 18" Mitsubishi Powdercoating Carbon / Grafit Perlat (mat) (7 photos)

Jantele au permis o sablare fina pentru un finisaj de exceptie. Buzele au fost rectificate si aduse la nivel. Culaorea aleasa a fost carbon / grafit perlat mat (fara lac) varianta mai deschisa. Totul este realizat electrostatic fara chit pentru o rezistenta maxima in timp.

Jantele au ajuns la noi deja sablate destul de agresiv. Pentru a realiza un finish ok s-au dat doua straturi de fuller electrostatic urmate de culoarea efectiva argintiu OEM iar la final un strat de lac electrostatic.

Jantele au ajuns la noi foarte corodate. Au fost sablate intensiv, aplicat un grund anti-coroziv electrostatic pentru protectie impotriva substantelor anti derapante si coroziunii. La final a fost aplicata culoarea negru lucios electrostatic. Acest procedeu este cel mai bun pentru jantele folosite iarna.
