Destul de simplu, dar nu e de zis asa usor :D Daca cumperi Mustangul si te hotarasti ca nu ai chef/nu iti permiti sa platesti impozitul, atunci iti pot spune ce e de facut pentru a fi in deplina legalitate cu circulatia dar sa ai zero impozit :-P

Am facut un cont nou pe 4tuning, "sqmpykwl" era vechi, nu imi mai placea numele si nici nu se putea redenumi. Asa ca solutia a fost banarea lui si crearea unuia nou:)

Cum am spus, am tinut-o o luna la vanzare si daca nu am dat-o nici nu cred ca o mai dau.
Doar daca primesc in curand vreo oferta de nerefuzat poate poate o mai dau, dar asta cat mai curand pana nu fac mai multe la ea si incep sa ma atasez mai tare . . . :) De cand s-a dus zapada a devenit "daily car" si pe zi ce trece placerea de a o conduce e tot mai mare iar dorinta de a o da e tot mai mica :) |

In afara de evacuari, cardan si punte spate + unele zone "fierbinti" de la motor, masina, mai bine zis caroseria, nu are pic de rugina. Iar rugina din zonele acelea e absolut normala avand in vedere ca masina a stat cel putin 2 ani, nu a fost miscata nici 1m in perioada aia.

nu am zis ca are rugina multa sau ca este ceva grav dar am obs in poza cu filtrul de benzina ca toate imbinarile sunt ruginite + alte cateva pete, parca si pe ineteriorul aripii fata se vede ceva;nu am zis ca nu e normal dar credeam ca la o masina de genul asta au folosit ceva materiale mai de calitate

De ce a fost cel mai dificil? Pentru ca am intalnit cel mai tampit sistem de lipire intre ele de pana acum (am desfacut destule faruri si stopuri) si anume lipire cu PLASTIC!! WTF?!? Da, americanii au lipit geamul de restul carcasei cu plastic! De ce nu au folosit niste mastic precum tot restul lumii nu stiu! Mi-a facut peri albi, am fost la un pas de a renunta, degeaba le-am tinut la cuptor, degeaba am bagat inclusiv flexul in ele sa tai pe langa geam si statia de lipit pt a topi plasticul! Si pana la urma, cand mai aveam putin sa renunt, le-am prins "smecheria": trebuia sa trag tare de ele, sa fortez fara mila la imbinaturi si acel plastic folosit pt lipire a cedat intr-un final! Mi-au cam cedat si degetele, sunt plin de lovituri, taieturi, etc, dar "arta cere sacrificii"! :) Cu ocazia asta am mai "descoperit" un slot pt becuri, sigilat de americani si lasata o specificatie de a se deschide pt Japonia. Banuiesc ca e un loc pt stop ceata, sau ceva de genul, cum avem la europenele noastre. La becurile originale cu filament nu se intampla nimic, nu se aprindeau. Cel mai bine se vede in video-ul de mai jos. Am umblat putin la releul de semnalizare pentru a scadea rata blinks-urilor (am vrut sa clipoceasca mai rar) si astfel sa scada viteza modulelor "Sequential Tail Lights". Pentru a realiza acest lucru a trebuit desfacut releul si adaugat un condensator de 1μF peste cel existent de 3.3μF acumuland astfel 4.3μF. Exemplarul prezentat aici este superb, modelul in sine este un Mustang veritabil si sunt convins ca atrage toate privirile ...
Sunt curios daca totusi cineva are obiectivitatea necesara sa treaca peste clasicul "mamaaaaa Mustang frate" si sa se uite cu adevarat atent la masina asta ... poate chiar proprietarul cine stie ... Stiu ca e aproape imposibil sa iesim din registrul laudativ cand vorbim despre un Mustang V8 dar totusi ma mai intreb din cand in cand de ce americanii privesc la BMW si Mercedes cu o bala in coltu' gurii ... |

Nu vreau fanatici BMW sau in general axati pe nemtesti, in acest topic. Dar ca si o situatie generala, Americanii, Europenii si Asiaticii au masini similare pentru toate categoriile, de la cutiile de chibrit la limuzinele extra-luxoase. Eu personal prefer americancele la toate capitolele. Totusi cand americanii faceau MASINI care si in prezent circula pe strazi, europenii se chinuiau sa treaca peste motorul cu abur. Mult mai multi europeni saliveaza dupa americance decat invers. De asemenea modelele americane nu se vand in mod direct in europa, reprezentantii oficiali nu le introduc in ofertele lor, doar daca doresti sa ti le aduci singur. Pe cand BMW, Mercedes, VW, etc, au reprezentante in SUA unde vand masinile care se dau si in Europa, dar cu mici diferente, deci oricine doreste o astfel de masina o achizitioneaza fara nicio problema. Eu prefer exclusivismul din Europa :) Si daca tot ai facut referire la Mustang VS BMW, modelele GT de la Mustang se "bat" cot la cot cu M-urile de la BMW. Iar la Mustang mai exista si versiunile Cobra / Shelby GT500 care nu au rivali in randul BMW-urilor. Eu am fost foarte atent cand am achizitionat masina: 1-design-ul atat interior cat si exterior imi place foarte mult, atrage toate privirile atat din Dacii cat si din Ferrari, iar cand spun ca atrage privirile nu ma refer doar la faptul ca se uita pt 1 secunda la masina apoi isi vad de treaba, ci ca stau si se holbeaza la ea, nu isi mai iau privirile; De asemenea oamenii sunt foarte binevoitori, imi cedeaza trecerea, imi acorda prioritatea, imi fac semne sa ma bag in fata lor,etc 2-motorul e foarte fiabil, duce sute de mii de mile doar cu ulei si filtre schimbate la timp, consumul de asemenea sta foarte bine, 16-17% in Bucuresti in conditiile in care e "daily car" de cand a dat caldura si de asemenea nu o menajez deloc, nu rulez la consum ci o calc destul de mult. Sunt sigur ca ar scadea sub 15% daca as merge linistit. Cutia e impecabila mai ales acum dupa ce i-am schimbat uleiul + filtrul, schimba rapid si ferm, mai rapid decat ai putea schimba la o cutie manuala, se adapteaza repede stilului de mers, adica stiu cum sa o fac sa schimbe mai repede si la o turatie mai joasa, stiu cum sa o duc la limitare, etc. Se vede faptul ca americanii au experienta cu automatele, fata de una europeana cutia e de vis! Ex: Acum o saptamana m-am dat putin cu un Golf 5 2007, cutie automata DSG, adica aia "bengoasa" cu 6 viteze, dublu-ambreiaj si alti bau-bau care e printre cele mai bune de pe la noi . . . pot spune ca e in spatele cutiei de pe Mustang care are "doar" 4 viteze si etajata superb, rapoartele gandite foarte bine pt astea 4! Intr-adevar, DSG-ul este cu mult superior altor cutii EUROPENE care au introdus acea mentalitate "Eu nu as da niciodata manuala pe automata", dar e abia la nivelul unei cutii americane simple si comune. 3-ca si performante nu sta deloc rau, 0-60mph-5.5s ; 1/4 mile-13.7s. Asta potrivit datelor oficiale, sunt destui care au scos timpi mai buni cu masina stock; 4-materialele folosite la interior sunt de calitate, adica plastice moi placute la atingere, Pielea si scaunele foarte confortabile in special cel al soferului care e de vis datorita nenumaratelor reglaje; Spatiul in interior de asemenea e mare, masina e foarte comoda si la drum intins. 5-sta bine la capitolul siguranta si sisteme pentru siguranta, nu imi e deloc frica in ea. 6-exclusivismul e la el acasa, in Romania sunt foarte foarte putine Mustanguri modelul meu 99-04. 7-daca ai bani de investit, posibilitatile sunt NELIMITATE! Poti face ce vrei cu masina asta, inclusiv vorbind despre performante, poti trece pragul celor 1000cp nu cu foarte multi bani. |

E deosebita si foarte frumoasa, sunt convins ca atrage privirile cum am spus si in postul de mai sus dar platforma tehnica este identica cu cea de la data lansarii in 1964. Probabil ca Lee Iacocca este mandru de ceea ce a creeat acum 48 de ani.

Platforma a fost revolutionara si foarte reusita, de aceea e folosita si astazi intr-o formula aproape identica cu cea originala. Multi alti producatori au copiat-o sau s-au inspirat dupa ea. De asemenea foarte multe Mustanguri din prima generatie (64-73) circula astazi pe strazi precum in ziua in care au iesit pe poarta fabricii si nu iti e deloc "rusine" in asa ceva, de asemenea nici nu te fac de ras in fata la 99% din masinile care circula in 2012 prin Romania :)

Topicul nu e destinat pentru a face istorie automobilistica.
Referirea la motorul cu abur era o gluma care nici nu ar fi putut fi interpretata altfel in acel context. In legatura cu luatul curbelor, orice RWD ia curba mult mai bine ca un FWD. Dar nici asta nu e subiect de discutat aici. Cum spuneam, nu am nevoie de fanaticii in acest topic. Daca e ceva de spus, sa se faca STRICT legat de masina, nu de alti cai verzi pe pereti. |

Cu ocazia asta am achizitionat un "Tuner" de la Superchips care imi pemite sa vad si sa sterg toate erorile posibile care pot aparea. Scopul lui e si acela de a updata softul masinii pt optimizare si crestere a puterii cu 21CP + optimizarea functionarii cutiei automate + alte setari, dar din pacate aceasta functie e doar pt modelele 2004. Al meu fiind 2003 necesita alt tuner. Am adaugat un sistem de incalzire al oglinzilor, mai exact al oglinzii din partea stanga momentan + in partea unde era gravura numarului de inmatriculare am aplicat o coala alba, astfel numarul devenind mai vizibil + un mic sticker:

Si sistemul e facut in asa fel incat sa nu ai nicio sansa sa scoti geamul oglinzii intreg. 1-oglinda e lipita cu plastic de rama din spatele ei; 2-acea rama e la randul ei prinsa in suruburi de restul corpului oglinzii, pe interior. Oglinda din partea stanga e lipita cu dublu-adeziva de rama din spate, iar rama e prinsa in cleme, se demonteaza usor. Pana voi comanda o noua oglinda va ramane aceasta, nu incurca cu nimic partea unde e sparta. https://img710.imageshack.us/img710/7...c03325d.th.jpg Montat un detector radar Beltronics PRO RX65. Comenzile detectorului le-am incorporat in consola centrala, cablul pana la detector e tras pe sub toate plasticele iar detectorul l-am plasat in coltul stanga sus al parbrizului. Din exterior e aproape imposibil sa fie observat la o simpla privire. Detectorul e imbracat momentan in folie carbon 3D. Modulul de comanda e simplu, include doua LED-uri, unul care se aprinde in momentul in care aparatul e in functiune si altul care clipoceste in momentul in care detectorul anunta un posibil radar. Mai e si un butonas de unde se poate regla volumul detectorului sau se poate pune pe "Mute" in cazul in care de exemplu stau la o benzinarie iar detectorul urla din cauza usilor automate. Pot spune ca m-a salvat de un radar din prima zi in care l-am montat. Pe partea care urma sa fie luminata am aplicat niste burete alb pentru a distribui mai bine lumina emanata de LED-uri, sa nu apara diferite de intensitate. Lumina e superba, aspectul modern, nu este deloc obositor pt ochi, intentisatea luminii se poate regla de la switch-ul original al masinii. Vor urma ceasurile de bord pe care le voi inlocui cu alte plasme tot in combinatia alb + rosu, in maxim o luna ar trebui sa ajunga din SUA. Si playerul actual se incadreaza frumos in peisaj prin butoanele rosii si display-ul negativ cu scris alb. Sincer inca nu am apucat sa o scot din Bucuresti. Dar de cand s-a topit zapada e masina de zi cu zi si pot spune ca se comporta foarte bine, eu sunt foarte multumit de toate aspectele inclusiv consumul. Suspensia e de o duritatea medie, absoarbe ok gropile, liniile de tramvai si alte obstacole de genul. In curand am de gand sa o intaresc si sa mai cobor garda, atunci sigur se vor imbunatati performantele in detrimentul confortului. Dar iti poti face o parere doar daca te dai cu una, nu te poti lua dupa sfaturi :) Masina stie sa fie si linistita si "monstru", totul tine de ce doreste soferul. |

De prin China e instalatia pt oglinzi. Mai am doua bucati, pt doua oglinzi, la 50 ron ambele.
Am mai umblat putin la admisie, mai exact am anulat rezonatorul, rezultand astfel o gura mult mai mare pt aspiratia aerului, deci o admisie mai usoara, o acceleratie mai buna si un zgomot mai puternic. De asemenea voi mai incerca sa las masina cu inca 2cm. Era in plan tot acum cat masina a stat suspendata, dar vremea de afara nu m-a ajutat deloc asa ca am decis sa le las pentru cand va da caldura. |

Ii sta mai bine acum, bravo, ce arcuri ai folosit? Diferenta majora la cum se simte pe drum? Ma refer de incomfort, nu de stabilitate ca aia stiu ca se imbunatateste considerabil :D

Momentan sta prost pe drum, adica la denivelari, pt ca amortizoarele nu mai lucreaza aproape de loc, sunt la limita de functionare a tijei. E in plan si aducerea rotilor mai la exterior. Intre timp: M-am ocupat de amortizoare, pe fata s-a scurtat din tija si din amortizor, s-a pus ulei nou si s-au schimbat supapele cu unele care sa permita o duritate mai mare. https://img826.imageshack.us/img826/2...c03676y.th.jpg Pe spate nu s-a putut lucra cu amortizoarele masinii pentru ca modelul nu permite, asa ca au fost schimbate cu altele noi, dar la care de asemenea s-au facut operatiunile anterioare. https://img801.imageshack.us/img801/1...c03675i.th.jpg S-a schimbat mult in bine comportamentul masinii! Multumesc! :) Intre timp am rezolvat complet cu culoarea bordului, se vede in pozele urmatoare.
Sa mai sterg praful de pe aici ... ce am mai apucat sa fac: inlocuit ceasurile cu altele tip "plasma" de culoare alb + rosu, toti indicatorii sunt la randul lor rosii.
