Daca da te rog lasa un raspuns ma intereseaza deoarece polishu este pretentios mai ales intre suruburi unde cu greu mai acces dupa asamblare.

da, facem operatiunea in mod constant.
se poate aplica doar lac electrostatic (cel de pistol se va scurge in mod sigur si se va exfolia destul de repede).

A urmat un strat de crom (ultimate chrome II) pentru a servi ca substrat pulberii semi-transparente Purple Starlight. Culoarea aleasa este o culoare speciala, cu flake-uri aurii in componenta care in mod sigur nu va trece neobservata. Totul a fost aplicat electrostatic si nu s-a folsit chit.

Jante 24" ZINIK Powdercoating Argintiu Perlat (6 photos)


Jantele au fost inital cromate si au ajuns la noi foarte corodate. La acest gen de jante partea cea mai grea este indepartarea cromului pentru a asigura o baza perfecta pentru stratul electrostatic. Jantele au fost sablate cu un anumit tip de alice special pentru indepartarea cromului iar apoi pentru nivelare s-a folosit fuller electrostatic. Culoarea aleasa a fost argntiu perlat cu flakes-uri stralucitoare in soare iar la final un strat de lac tot electrostatic pentru protectie si stralucire aditionala. Pentru reconditionare nu s-a folosit chit, totul este facut doar electrostatic.

Jantele au ajuns la noi cu unele lovituri serioase in buza si material lipsa. Au fost sudate in mediu protejat (argon) si rectificate manual pentru a urmari design-ul jantei. Sablarea a fost una fina pentru un finisaj deosebit. Culoarea aleasa a fost Purple Starlight, un mov cu perla multicolora in soare. Culoarea a fost adusa pe comanda din USA. Jante 17" VW Powdercoating Liquid Yellow (8 photos)


Una din jante a fost reconditionata folosind sudura in mediu protejat (argon) iar apoi rectificata manual pentru a pastra design-ul jantei. Pentru reconditionare nu s-a folosit chit, totul este facut din aluminiu. Apoi setul a fost sablat fin pentru un finisaj de exceptie, culoarea aleasa a fost Liquid Yellow aplicata electrostatic iar la final pentru protectie si stralucire s-a optat pentur un strat de lac tot electrostatic.

Jante 18" OPEL Powdercoating Purple Starlight (5 photos)


Jantele au fost sablate intensiv de straturile de vopsea date la pistol si chitul aferent. Pentru nivelare a fost dat un strat de fuller electrostatic. Ca baza pentru aceasta culoare speciala s-a dat un strat de vopsea crom Ultimate Chrome 2 pentru a se reflecta prin culoarea de baza (mov) care este semi-transparenta. Stratul de vopsea propriu zis este Purple Starlight, o pulbere cu flakes-uri metalice de diferite irizatii care se polarizeaza in soare. Totul a fost finisat cu un strat de lac electrostatic pentru protectie si stralucire aditionala. La reconditionare nu s-a folosit chit sau alte elelmente de finisaj, totul este facut cu metal si finalizat electrostatic, rezultand astfel o rezistenta maxima in timp

Cadrul, bascula, jugurile, telescoapele si etrierii au fost sablate intensiv. Seria de pe cadru, suruburile, filetele si culisele au fost izolate. S-a dat un strat de fuller electrostatic pentru nivelare iar apoi un strat de negru lucios evident tot electrostatic pentru o pretectie maxima in timp.
