Re: Nissan Skyline R32-V8
Hello there.
My honest opinion is that you made a complete bullshit out of a really fine car with an engine that has massive potential!!! The worst thing you did is mounting that V8 BMW engine and replacing the original Nissan unit!!! |
Re: Nissan Skyline R32-V8
the typical reaction of a purist Nissan ...
Prepare engine Nissan Skyline expensive costs exessive if you have too much money, give me the good I'll use and if you have 50 mkg of couple and 300 horse power relible whith a stock nissan engine ... call me ... i want to see that bye |
Re: Nissan Skyline R32-V8
blasfemie sau nu, daca omu se simte bine cu ea..mai conteaza ?
|
Re: Nissan Skyline R32-V8
now that looks like a proper mean car :)))
|
Re: Nissan Skyline R32-V8
Oh nice project, so you did a diesel swap due to fuel consumption ;).
Really nice work with the car, but you know we can`t give you a thumb up until you twin turbocharge the engine, don`t you ? :D |
Re: Nissan Skyline R32-V8
I don't know what you mean when you are saying 300 reliable horse power....the standard power output of the R32's GTR engine is 279 BHP.....so making 300 out of that is a piece of cake.
....My opinion is my opinion....but what you did is total blasfemy!!! There is nothing to contemplate on your project....it seems that we romanian / french are not so different after all! Not be offenced of what I said because, as I previously said, it's only my opinion! |
Re: Nissan Skyline R32-V8
I share the same opinion as my dear friend U_Tuning! It's an insane project, requiring many hours of work and many things to modify, but the result is a blasfemy to Nissan's engineers work.

Re: Nissan Skyline R32-V8
Good job
some videos? |
Re: Nissan Skyline R32-V8
Le french put le bmw engin` dans le corps de skyline, mon Dieu, est un blasphème
But still the rb20 is kinda`...:rolleyes2(215bhp), and very expensive to repair so as i saw it, his options were : rb repair/swap = expensive as hell(stop le drifting for a while) or the bmw V8, from what i see he got it for free, or payed for le entire bmw with some crackers ;) What is important here is le passion for le drift, and for that you should attach some pictures BLC from Cluj with "GO FISH" ;) |
Re: Nissan Skyline R32-V8
Nissan Motoren Werke...
|
Re: Nissan Skyline R32-V8
What's the weight difference between the 2 engines? Didn't the new (i assume heavier) engine offset the balance of the car?
Evan if the v8 is lighter than the RB if you look closely in the pics you will see that the engine was pulled back 20 cm and down 10 :D |
Re: Nissan Skyline R32-V8
the funny thing is that the V8 is lighter than the RB one, so maybe the v8 wasn`t such a bad thing after all :rolleyes2
|
Re: Nissan Skyline R32-V8
Very good job on this car,It can see cleary that you worked a lot and spent a lot of money and time to complete the car.the red suit better that the black / yellow combination.
keep up the good job go fishhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!! |
Re: Nissan Skyline R32-V8
Oh God no, stock BMW engine on a fine Nissan drift car. I'm with Keisuke on this one, at least twinturbo-charge the mofo. :D
