What's the weight difference between the 2 engines? Didn't the new (i assume heavier) engine offset the balance of the car?

Evan if the v8 is lighter than the RB if you look closely in the pics you will see that the engine was pulled back 20 cm and down 10 :D

the funny thing is that the V8 is lighter than the RB one, so maybe the v8 wasn`t such a bad thing after all :rolleyes2

Very good job on this car,It can see cleary that you worked a lot and spent a lot of money and time to complete the car.the red suit better that the black / yellow combination.

Oh God no, stock BMW engine on a fine Nissan drift car. I'm with Keisuke on this one, at least twinturbo-charge the mofo. :D

Congratulations for the beast and especially for the engine swap.
Great chassis on these japanese cars but no so nice engines and it is very expensive to upkeep them.
I'm thinking to build an S13 with the bmw V8 engine. Great chassis with the great engine.
You own the perfect car in my opinion, nevermind the nissan fanatics; did you notice their words? The nissan engines have "great potential".
You know the equation..
nissan good and especially reliable engine = the stock "great potential" + 1 tone of money.

Hey there Anthony, i was looking at your car here in romania, i had seen that all of your master cylinders(brakes and clutch) are made from hydraulic hand brake cylinders... am i right? and if it's so, did you remove the one way vale inside ? how did you make them work in your case ? thanks ;)

eu am incercat sa citesc ce zice despre masina asta dar inca nu imi dau seama in ce limba vrea sa scrie asta pe forum romanesc. pare ca e in franceza cu cuvintele in engleza, despre un nisan japonez din anglia dus in franta cu motor de bmw. oare google translate sa fie de vina, mai bine ii tot dadea translate in romana ca tot cam asa ceva iesea :lol:
