# Ride & Handling 3 out of 5 stars Review-OnRoad The Giulietta has a pleasantly nimble feel, thanks to decent body control and quick steering, although you don’t get a huge amount of sensation through the wheel and it feels like you’re turning it through treacle when the car isn’t in Dynamic mode. Despite this, you’ll want to switch to the Normal setting around town, or the throttle is so sensitive that it’s difficult to drive the car smoothly. The ride is pretty supple at all speeds. # Quality & Reliability 3 out of 5 stars Review-Ownership The Giulietta looks classy on the outside and, for the most part, its interior lives up to that image. It’s solidly built and uses some interesting materials, but the indicator and wiper stalks feel a bit lightweight and the Giulietta can’t match a Volkswagen Golf for perceived quality. Alfa’s reliability record isn’t the best. # Behind The Wheel 3 out of 5 stars Review-Cabin There’s a good range of seat and steering wheel adjustment to help you find a comfortable driving position, but the clutch pedal is very close to the centre console, so you can’t rest your left foot alongside. Rear visibility could also be better and some of the stereo controls are a bit fiddly, but the Giulietta’s big rotary heater controls are simplicity itself. Volkswagen Golf Hatchback - Review- Whatcar # Ride & Handling 5 out of 5 stars Review-OnRoad No other small family car blends fun and comfort as well as the Golf. It’s incredibly composed on demanding roads thanks to lots of grip, tight body control and well-weighted steering, yet you can enjoy driving it. It’s also effortless around town. The ride is smooth and controlled at all times, which makes the optional adaptive suspension system seem unnecessary. # Quality & Reliability 4 out of 5 stars Review-Ownership The Golf is about as swanky as small family hatches get. Many of the surfaces are soft to the touch, and many of those that aren't are rubberised for a better texture. Even tucked-away plastics are fairly good. The switches feel slick and the build is generally solid, but Volkswagen has disappointed in our reliability surveys in recent years. # Behind The Wheel 5 out of 5 stars Review-Cabin Drivers get comfortable using simple adjusters for the seat and steering wheel. Visibility is good all round the car, too. The dash is minimalistic, and the little switchgear that is present is well sited. The stereo has chunky buttons, or if you're willing to pay extra, you can have touchscreen controls. |

My friend ,in opinia mea,raspunsul e simplu:mai sunt inca pe lumea asta oameni care nu-si cumpara masini tinand cont de topurile de fiabilitate ,si le cumpara cu inima.Astia sunt ''fraierii'' aceia de care zici tu.''Fraierii'' aia care anul asta au mers mii si mii de km pentru a celebra centenarul Alfa-Romeo. |

Alfa Romeo nu am cum sa neg ca nu are istorie, eu am avut norocul sa merg cu modele ale anilor 70-80 si am fost mai mult decat impresionat, doar ca istoria lor renumita a cam apus de vre-o 20 de ani si nu prea au reusit sa o invie decat oarecum prin design. Pentru VAG ar fi aur Alfa Romeo, un brand cu design deosebit si cu istorie, la care nu mai trebuie adaugat decat calitate si fiabilitate. Cu reteta asta intr-adevar Alfa ar fi un mare succes. Eu nu am nimic cu Alfa Romeo, ba chiar doresc o revenire a lor, dar mi se pare departe de ceea ce ar trebui sa fie si nici nu cred ca Fiat o sa reuseasca o transormare reala si mi-e frica ca daca va ajunge pe mainile VAG dispare designul original al Alfa. |

Probabil am mai multe curse in Germania dupa masini decat ai tu la Carrefour sa-ti cumperi detergent. Ce tot indrugi acolo cu medii pe 15 modele si c*caturi??? Eu vorbesc de banii pe care ii dai pe o masina, lasa povestile astea ca la mine nu tin. Probabil gasesti vreo 3-4 fraieri care te si cred, dar adevarul asta este, pur si simplu. Ca nu-ti place tie, e cu totul altceva. Cat despre exemplul role+curea de distributie, acum o dai la intors: asta nu mai tine de intretinere, nu? Ce conteaza ca piesele la VW sunt cu 30% mai scumpe, romanii e destepti si stie ei ca Alfa e mai scump la intretinere. Faza cu soferul e perfect adevarata, ca soferul conduce si intretine masina. Dar nah, e usor sa dam vina pe altcineva/altceva. Ma si mir ca tocmai tu nu esti de acord cu mine. Eu de ce am avut si 147 si Stilo si n-am avut nicio problema cu niciuna? Trebuia sa le dau foc la amandoua, ca sa ma incadrez in miturile romanesti? Sau, mai mult, ai impresia ca asta doar la Alfa se intampla? Amice, ma faci sa rad. Cat despre ultima parte: nu am spus nicaieri ca Golful e o masina slaba. Ba din contra, e foarte bine construita, si tine o gramada, nu-si pierde din pret si e relativ usor de intretinut. Ca e anosta, lipsita de personalitate, nu merge foarte tare, huruie ca dracu toate in ea dupa o vreme, tapiseria e de proasta calitate, cutiile manuale sunt total aiurea, etc.. astea sunt parerile mele personale. Ar trebui sa invatam sa recunoastem (daca nu e cazul sa apreciem) atu-urile Alfei in fata Golfului. Pur si simplu e o masina all-round mai buna, cel putin pana la proba contrarie. E mai frumoasa, mai sigura, mai dinamica, suna mai frumos, are performante superioare la motor echivalent. Vedem mai tarziu cum sta si cu fiabilitatea, momentan propun sa ne abtinem de la subiectul asta. |

E pacat ce se intampla cu hatchback-urile. S-a plecat de la ideea unei masini mici dar incapatoare, economice dar si cu o oarecare urma de sportivitate, fiabile, calitative dar nu de lux.
S-a ajuns la motoare de peste 2l, dotari de masina de clasa mare, pretentii de lux, costuri de intretinere uneori prea ridicate, dar cel mai grav este ca s-a ajuns la preturi de achizitie prea mari. Hatchback-ul n-a fost gandit sa fie masina de lux, pentru aia exista masinile din clasele mai mari. E rau ca din masina ieftina, pe care si-o putea permite foarte multa lume, a ajuns sa fie din ce in ce mai greu accesibila. |
