Re: Secolul XX BMW B12 Alpina 5.7 Shift-tronic
2 Attachment(s)
A fost ceva senzational la vremea ei (c.v.) .
"Now the details. Alpina's design spesifications for the ShiftTronic (ST) was that it must be a bolt on system i.e. did not involve opening/changing ANYTHING on the vehicle. The system was developed in colaboration with the German manufacture LuK GS, and was started in the late 80s/early 90s on the B12 5.0. The system has its own hydralic pump and plumming that operated at 40bar(!) The system operated the clutch opening and closing cycle. The gir shifts are done by the driver. The system checks for vehicle speed, rpm, trottle opening and acctuation, clutch wear, gir lever movement and acceleration+++. The system "knows" if you are driving smooth or what to launch from a stand still. The complete clutch cycle, opening and closing can be done in 30ms! So is up to the driver to make the shift fast. I've spoken to the previous owner of the B12 5.7 featured in Total BMW last year and he LOVED the system. He said that the ST system was fantastic and wished that it was still available. "Driving around town or race track, the system is flawless" end of quote." "Functions as follows: Starting: Depoendant upon the position of the accelerator pedal the electronics determine the speed aon´´nd progress of the clutch engagement. Hence, it is possible by challenging the position of the accelerator pedal to start very gentle or sharply for maximum acceleration. Gearshift: If one starts to move the gear lever, in the same as one would normally change gear, a sensor at the shift lever recognizes that there is an intention to shift gear and the electronics cause the clutch to disengage and engage at the optimal settings. The mechanics of this consists of an electrohydralic pressure supply and a hydralic setting cylinder which operates the clutch. Alpina will ensure it is among the first manufactureers to put electronic clutch management system at your disposal. Be sure in 5-10 years all cars will be made this way" Gear diagram (a2-a poza) ( B12 5.7 Euro Spec 6speed manual , Stock tyres 285/35 ZR 18 ) |

Cine e din Ploiesti, probabil il cunoaste pe Mocofanu. El are un Seria 8,dar nu stiu sigur daca e 840 sau 850. Oricum, cand mai dau ochiu cu el il trag pe dreapta sa ii bag 2 poze.
