electrostatic nu putem face paint match, vopseaua este pudra si nu lichida (nu se poate combina)

poate gasesti ceva apropiat aici:

costa 200 ron in plus fata de pretul normal.

scaritele sigur da, esapamentul doar daca imi apare vopseaua ceramica (probabil ca da).
pana la urma o sa facem si toba tot ceramica, ma uitam la tevi ca sunt destul de libere.

Salutare! Vreau sa reconditionez si eu o janta de 17" ,are buza cam zgariata ,cam cat ma costa si in cat timp ar fi gata? Multumesc frumos!

Jante 17" Thomason Powdercoatin Grafit / Carbon Perlat

Jantele au fost sablate fin, aplicat un strat de carbon / grafit perlat cu metal flakes iar apoi un strat de electrostatic. Aceasta este cea mai perlata culoare din paletarul nostru, spectacolul in soare este deosebit.

Tiatanul acesta(pozele 1 si 2) este aceasi culoare ca si grafitul sau sunt diferite? Flat graphite banuiesc ca este grafit mat(cel din poza nr 3)... Te intreb deoarece am lasat jantele la baieti la atelier si a ramas sa stabilesc culoarea cu tine.Multumesc!

Jante 16" Merc G-Klass Powdercoating Argintiu Perlat (6 photos)

Jantele au ajuns la noi foarte corodate si cu buzele zgariate. Au fost sablate intensiv, rectificat buzele, aplicat un strat de nivelare negru, aplicat un strat electrostatic de argintiu perlat iar la final un strat electrostatic de lac care socate in evidenta metal flakes-urile ce stralucesc in soare.


Jante 17" Powdercoating Grafit / Carbon Perlat (6 photos)

Jantele au avut patru straturi de vopsea cand au ajuns la noi. Au fost sablate intensiv, aplicat un strat de nivelare negru iar apoi powdercoating carbon / grafit perlat urmat de un strat de lac pentru a pune in evidenta metal flakes-urile din vopsea.

Pentru jantele mele (de Jaguar) e posibil aceeasi culoare si tratament? Stiu ca am vorbit la telefon, dar nu mai stiu cum a ramas.

da, este aceeasi nuanta.
poate este mai evidenta aici, poza este facuta in soare, restul sunt facute la diferite iluminari (bec, neon, etc)

In regula,deci raman la culoarea din pozele de mai jos,care din cate am vazut pe facebook-ul vostru este grafit/carbon mat,deci fara sa fie perlat sau cu flake dde aluminiu pentru ca nu doresc sa fie asa ,banuiesc ca asta mai inseamna ca nu se mai aplica stratul acela de lac ,iti zic asta deoarece cand am discutat cu baiatul de la atelier i am zis sa aplice si stratul respectiv de lac,si si a notat undeva si nu vreau sa se produca vreo incurcatura si sa il aplice .In concluzie vreau exact,exact culoarea din poze.Multumesc !

e ok, dar tot va avea in soare o urma de flakes-uri metalice exact ca in pozele de mai sus care le-am postat eu.
daca nu e soare va arata exact cele wolfrace care le-ai postat tu :)

e ok, daca nu se poate fara flakes-uri deloc asta e ,important e sa fie culoarea aceea mai deschisa si mata ,din cate am intels aveti o culoare mai deschisa si una mai inchisa iar eu o doresc pe cea deschisa ,si cu asta am incheiat cu toate explicatiile si doleantele :)) Multumesc pt rabdare!

Jante 18" Land Rover Flat Black / Negru Mat (4 photos)

Jantele au avut 10cm din buza lipsa. A fost reconstruita cu sudura in mediu protejat (argon) si rectificata pe strung. Culoarea aleasa a fost negru mat aplicat electrostatic.

aluminiu polishat este...aluminiu polishat :), nu poti ilocui polish-ul cu o vopsea.
Putem face ceva de genul asta si costa 650 ron / set pentru 17".

Jante Moto Powdercoating Subaru Gold (6 photos)
Jantele au avut 3 straturi de vopsea si 2 randuri de rimstripes-uri. Au fost sablate intensiv, aplicat un stra de negru pentru nivelare iar apoi un strat electrostatic de auriu.

Jantele au avut 3 straturi de vopsea si kit. Au fost sablate agresiv in prealabil, apoi decapate chimic de resturile de chit ramase, aplicat un strat de nivelare negru, apoi un strat electrostatic de argintiu perlat urmat la final de un strat de lac tot electrostatic pentru protectie si stralucire aditionala.

Jantele au ajuns la noi cum se vede in foto, de inteles avand aproape 30 ani. Au fost sablate integral la alice de inox, aplicat un strat de nivelare de negru iar apoi powdercoating Arctic White.


Jante 16" Audi Powdercoating Arctic White (4 photos)
Jantele au fost sablate fin pentru un finisaj deosebit. Vopseaua aplicata electrostatic este Arctic White.


Jante BMW M5 Powdercoating Ultimate Chrome 2 (4 photos)
Una din jante a fost adusa sudata si indreptata la flacara. A trebuit sablata si decapata chimic pentru un finish corect. Vopseaua aplicata este Ultimate Chrome 2.


Jante 17" BBS Powdercoating Carbon / Grafit Mat (7 photos)
Jantele au fost sablate fin, una din buze reconditionata total. Vopseaua aleasa a fost Grafit / Carbon mat.

Pentru una din jante am reconstruit buza cu sudura in mediu protejat, iar apoi a fost rectificata pe strung. Jantele au fost sablate fin si vopsite electrostatic negru mat.

Jante 16" Mitsubishi Colt Powdercoating Green Granny Smith (9 photos)

Jantele au fost sablate fin, venind la noi intr-o stare destul de buna, una din buze a fost reconditionata. Vopseaua aplicata este una speciala (Green Granny Smith) avand flakes-uri aurii care irizeaza in soare. Pentru a completa look-ul masinii au fost vopsite si claxoanele Hella in aceeasi culoare.

Jantele au avut mai multe straturi de vopsea si chit de-a lungul timpului. Au fost sablat intensiv, una din buze rectificata, aplica t un strat de nivelare, un strat de argintiu factory look electrostatic iar la final un strat de lac tot electrostatic.

Jante 18" BMW M Powdercoating Grafit / Carbon Perlat (10 photos)
Pentru doua din jante a fost reconstruita complet buza si una din spite cu sudura in mediu protejat (argon) iar apoi rectificare pe strung. Culoarea aleasa a fot grafit / carbon cu perla in soare urmat de un strat de lac electrostatic. Flake-urile metalice din vopsea in mod sigur vor iesi in evidenta in soare. Aceasta este culoarea cu cel mai mare continut de perla din gama noastra.


Jante 17" Team Dynamics Powdercoating Argintiu Perlat (5 photos)
Jantele au fost sablate fin iar una din buza reconditonata. Culoarea aleasa a fost un argintiu perlat cu metal flake-uri ce stralucesc in soare. Pentru a finisa ansamblul la sfarsit a fost dat un strat de lac electrostatic pentru protectie si stralucire aditionala.
