nu stiam eu de ce consuma 15 in oras si vreo 10-11 afara ... rezervorul(care are 21 de ani .... (e de pe fostul jvz)) ....e spart de la rugina in mai multe locuri ..:cry:

si pus de asta am luat o groapa cu pertae dreapta a masinii si cred ca se futui bieleta de directie ca are un joc imens si scartie... :evil:

mai repede pivotul superior sufera la gropi...poate si capul de bara daca masina e prea joasa si l-ai "sprijinit" sus in lonjeron dupa care a lovit mai departe

si am refacut un pic partea de admisie cu blowofful.... ca pur si simplu s-a dezlipit in mers:shock: ...acu am facut ceva mai flexibil...:rolleyes2

sincer arata bine se vede ca, cusaturile sunt facute profi dar parca totusi sunt prea multe ... toata problema se putea rezolva cu doar 3 bucati de material si 2 cusaturi, adica intr-un cuvant veneai cu doua triunghiuri de material adaugate pe lateralul bordului astfel nu mai apareau atatea cusaturi...daca stiam ca vrei sa te apuci de asa ceva iti dadeam ceva poze detaliate cu al meu ..si dau pariu ca dadea mult mai bine chiar daca eu am doar cusaturi simple si nu duble ...iar ca sfat era bine totusi ca inainte de uscarea prenadezului sau ce lipici ai folosit sa fi bagat si gurile de la aerisitoare la locul lor in felul acesta se lipeau mai bine marginile si erai sigur ca totul vine la locul lui inclusiv faptul ca taieturile inerente care vin la colturi sunt facute in asa fel incat nu se vede nimic urat ... nu mi-o lua in nume de rau dar vorbesc prin prisma omului care a imbracat vreo 3 borduri in piele ecologica pana acum

asa am vrut eu sa fie cusaturile ;) ... asta il face mai altfel decat alte borduri invelite in piele (cred eu.... :rolleyes2)

hai ca sa fiu mai clar un pic referitor la cusaturi ... care imi plac mie si care nu imi plac desi e important sa iti placa tie ... imi place cum da cusatura de pe marginea bordului ... sub care vin ceasurile ... asta da il face deosebit fata de alte borduri ... dar in schimb nu imi plac cusaturile de pe partea superioara acolo unde crapa de obicei ... acolo mie imi place sa fie dintr-o bucata sper sa nu ma intelegi gresit dar cusaturile de acolo strica exact tot farmecul bordului ii da acel aspect aiurea de bord facut de nu-s ce necunoscator ... cusatura aia pe laterala ...putea sa lipseasca si asa nu o sa se prea vada dar are totusi si ea farmecul ei acolo daca vrei anumite cusaturi

uite cam ce vreau sa spun

unde ai vazut tu ca dispar ..nu dispar doar se ascund .. :) si asa e si in cazul astuia de fata ... e crescut bine, ii prieste sub capota oltcitului ... sta acolo si din cand in cand isi arata valoarea prin fapte

Hai ca am mai facut ceva pe la masina ....:D

- am revopsit capota (ca am refacut grila ... am batut niste fibra in jurul grillei si sper eu sa nu mai crape:evil:) si am dat-o si cu lac (sper sa nu se coscoveasca ...:rolleyes2)
- am inlocuit aripile fata cu unele mai ok si fara rugina (desigur .. acestea au fost vopsite ...numai ca nu am mai nimerit nuanta de la rosu ... :???:)
...ca cele de pe masina aveau 18 ani....si erau cam mancate de timp...

poze nu am apucat sa fac ....dar voi pune ...;)

eu zic ca treaba a iesit bine ...tinand cont ca vopseaua/lacul a fost la spray:rolleyes2

din proprie experienta (doar am vopsit toata masina in parcare ) ....atata timp cat ai o mica idee legat de ceea ce faci...nu are cum sa nu iasa bine, chit ca e la spray ;)

io stiu,nu am reusit sa trec de 1.1 bari...si la 1.1 mi se pare mai puturos ca atunci cand mergeam cu 0.7 pe motorul comprimat cu pistonul 3 praf :lol:

Dupa ce mi-a reglat Iulica avansul la nationala pot sa spun ca masina accelereaza mai bine ....
Turbina face presiune de la 2500 ...fata de 3500 ...de la cat facea inainte ....
Cand am facut testul pe la nationala ....a facut un varf de 0.7 bari ..... a trebuit sa strang surubul de la actuator ... ca sa faca pana in 0.5 .....

Am facut rost de o supapa unisens ...ca sa pot lega si avansul vacumatic sa vedem cum se comporta ... :rolleyes2

sper sa nu sparga presiunea capsula ..de la vacumatic...

niste poze cu olcitu si cu aripile fata inlocuite .... a si capota... toate vopsite la spray si a poi vreo 2-3 staturi de lac.. tot la spray..

ai cu supapa unisens...

Am schimbat separatorul de ulei cel de 1100 cu unul de 1300 si am dus furtunul in admisie exact dupa filtrul de aer.... ca ieseau gaze de sub capota si zicea lumea ca am luat foc...:lol:

oh, well awesome!

there are so many cars that i see on this site that i had no idea existed and know nothing about lol

whats the power output of that car stock? and whats it at now?

the original power is like ...62 hp.... boost is at 0.5 bar ....and the estimated power bosted ..is somewhere near 90hp... (i hope..;))

The engine is an aircooled 4 cilinder boxer engine...;)

judging by the size that little guy its probably REALLY light and with a 90hp on such a small light chassis its probably alot of fun to drive :D

any way you could drop a 1.5 or something like that in there that already has 100ish hp?? if you could do that, swap all the turbo stuff over and that thing would be a mini-monster.

imagine that car with almost 200 HP still at 900 killos... :twisted:

the gear box is in line with the engine. no egine is designed to fit in there.

all the others are with the gearbox attached to the engine on its side...no space under the bonnet.

so tough luck as they say...

Does not matter the position of the engine,if you want to fit a small v6 and you put your mind to it,it's possible!
From what i've measured any flat four below 2litres,with 8 valves(so only 1 camshafts on every side) could fit nicely,but you have to make new engine mounts,and an adapter plate between the gearbox and the engine,or fit a longitudinal gearbox with new driveshafts,or change the rear axle and make it RWD:shock:

something lihe that has been done...
users like julaikos and pupa have orerbored and fitted diferent pistons to have a bigger displacemend....

Pupa ..even made a double turbo job.... ;)
