Jantele au ajuns la noi arse cu autogenul in speranta ca se vor curata de vopseaua anterioara. Au fost sablate intensiv, aplicat un strat electrostatic pentru nivelare. Culoarea aleasa a fost argintiu perlat iar la final a fost aplicat un lac electrostatic pentru stralucire si protectie aditionala.

Jantele au ajuns la noi foarte corodate si cu vopseaua exfoliata. Au fost sablate intensiv, aplicat un strat de fuller electrostatic pentru nivelare iar la final culoarea aleasa a fost gunmetal aplicata evident tot electrostatic.

Jantele au fost sablate intensiv, aplicat un strat anticoroziv fiind din tabla. Culoarea aleasa a fost sunset orange finalizat cu un strat de lac electrostatic pentru protectie maxima.

Protectie anti-coroziva discuri de frana (4 photos)
Discurile au avut partea de contact cu placutele izolata, s-a dat un strat anti-coroziv electrostatic pe partea predispusa la rugina iar la final un strat de vopsea electrostatica negru mat rezistenta la 750 grade.

Buze jante 22" Polish + Lac Electrostatic (6 photos)
Buzele au fost polishate iar la final a fost aplicat un strat de lac electrostatic pentru protectie anti-coroziva si mecanica maxima.

Jante ajunse la noi vopsite la pistol acum 6 luni !

Departe de noi sa facem o reclama negativa unei firme concurente, de aceea nu ii vom da numele aici, dar am ales sa postam acest film deoarece incercam sa educam clientul roman in privinta diferentelor intre procesele de vopsire ale jantelor.

Vopsite prin metoda clasica "la pistol", chiar si pregatite bine inainte cum sunt si cele de fata, chiar si ferite de lovituri, eventual tot se vor exfolia din cauza agentilor externi.
Vopseaua lichida nu este conceputa sa reziste pe jante, solutia este doar provizorie chiar daca finisarea initiala este buna.

Vopseaua pudra electrostatica folosita de noi (powdercoat) este ideala pentru vopsirea jantelor auto, nu implica chit auto, nu implica solventi, este de 12 ori mai rezistenta la actiuni mecanice decat vopseaua lichida si bineinteles imuna la agenti externi, fie ei naturali sau chimici.
Acest procedeu de vopsire electrostatica (powdercoating) este cel folosit si de producatorii de renume de jante auto (O.Z., BORBET, BBS, RONAL, SPEEDLINE, etc)

Jantele au ajuns la noi cu material lipsa pe toata suprafata jantei, corodate si exfoliate. Au fost sudate in mediu protejat (argon), rectificate manual, sablate intensiv iar apoi aplicat un strat de fuller electrostatic pentru nivelare. Cu
loarea aleasa a fost argintiu perlat finalizat cu un strat de lac electrostatic pentru rezistenta maxima in timp. Pentru reconditionare nu s-a folosit chit totul a fost facut cu metal si electrostatic.

Jantele au fost aduse la noi deja sablate destul de agresiv. De aceea s-au dat doua straturi de nivelare fuller electrostatic. Culoarea aleasa a fost alb mat, aplicat evident tot electrostatic.

Jantele au fost sablate intensiv, aplicat un strat de fuller electrostatic pentru nivelare iar la final pudra culoare gunmetal (grafit perlat, varianta mai deschisa). De asemenea etrierii si suportii etrieri au fost sablati cu fibra de sticla si vopsiti electrostatic negru lucios cu pudra rezistenta la 750 grade.
