eh atunci e bine , ma dispera handicapatii , care zic , uite-i si pe aia se arunca pe acolo.....
ma dispera , sa mai taca in g m lor..... au idee cat de greu e ? 2 ore d antrenament pe zi... n-are rost .. vb degeaba , anyway , handicapatii care fac asta  seamana cu alti handicapatii care la prisma , rad de concurenti cand gresesc traseul ... dar nu s-ar pune putin in locul shoferului .. macar sa se gandeasca cum e... in fine
Mii de scuze daca s-a simtit careva , tot handi ramai(netzi)...

Right now , lucrez la plansha , o sa intrebati wtf is that
plansha = cu -
stiti pozitia de flotare
e imaginati-va ca ... din pozitia de flotare va duceti mai in fata , mainile stand pe undeva pe la mijlocul corpului si ridicati picioarele , astfel incat ,tot corpul sta pe maini , basicly stati paralel fata de pamant sprijinitzi in maini , imi dau seama ca nu intelegeti prea multe din ce-am explicat eu pe aici ... asa ca... o sa pun o poza..
