Default E30 - 325i turbo for smoking II

Cealalta detine prietenul meu, am fost langa el pe tot parcursul evoputiei, masina e un e30 325 turbo (M20b25), docam data pentru campionatul de amatori, dar merge destul de bine.

Are relativ putin modificari, este un proiect de buget mic satisfactie maxima.

-motor original, nici nu era desfacut
-turbo K24 (racit ulei-apa de la audi 2.2)
-electronica VEMS (als si program de start)
-wg de audi 2.2 turbo
-intercooler de mitsu si restul facut acasa pe genunchi
-injectoare de 420
-cutie getrag 260
-diff de "cutie mare"


Masina merge perfect, acum crestem putin presiunea (pana acum avea 0.5) si marim diamtrul rotilor, prea multa putere si aderenta mica.
Are rollcage, suspensie sport cu telescoape intarite si cateva modificari.
Planuri de viitor...multe, foarte multe

Cum spuneam era un proiect de buget mic, dar ce trebueia era facut profesional.
intercooler gratis
turbo si WG moca, cam 150 E
teavele de legatura moca
munca era facut de prietenul meu = moca
evacuare 100 e ,tot era facut de prietenul
injectoare 100 E
electonica 1000 E
Bujii NGK mai reci decat originalul
radiator de apa dintr-un 740i (cea mai gorasa, inalta si inca incape intre lonjeroane, la fix)
radiator ulei golf mk1 GTI
radiator apa pentur turbo de la o motocicleta
pompa apa pentru circuitul turbo de la mercedes

Din start avea undeva la 170 cai, acum are putin peste 250 (cam 30% crestere), dar are mult mai multa cuplu decat un aspirat si merge foarte bine de la 3000-5000 rot/min. De acolo in sus merge ca un aspirat, motrivul, presiune prea mica, dar vom creste
Nici noi nu ne oprim la atat, dar sezonul costa mult si nu mai sunt bani pentru upgrade, o zi costa undeva la 2-300 E cu aceasta masina...

Pentru strada motorul suporta pana la 1bar cu un K26 fara detonatii si probleme, numai sa primeasca multa benzina.
In schimb la o masina de drift motorul incalzeste foarte rapid si ar putea sa apare detonatii, postoanele asta nu suport si crapa, garnitura se distruge, segmentii sufera mult.
Daca vrei sa faci asta acasa cu totul o sa costa undeva la 2000 E

Mersi pt raspunsul promt si pt detalii. Poate pe viitor o sa ma ajuti si cu niste sfaturi. Multa bafta, si hai si cu masina ta, cred ca merita toata atentia.

@Cipilica, mersi mult, incercam tot posibilul, ce ne lasa bugetul.


Un video pe care se vede cat inseamna als-ul la drift (jupa jumatate este o schimbare totala)

Cand motorul nu e in turatie, deci nu face destule gaze ca sa invarta turbina - sa faca presiune, este un solenoid la clapeta de acceleratie, care deschide la jumate. Daca e deschis intra aer in motor, fara sa atnici de pedala de gaz. Acest aer primeste multa, foarte multa benzina si o scanteie care un e la locul potrivit, deci nu face putere fiindca arderea nu este in cilindree ci dupa, in turbo sau in galerie. Deci prin asta face presiune asupra paletelor tubinei, care incart kompresorul si fac presiune constanta.

pe scurt nu mai ai probleme cand schimb vitezele, ai presiune tot timpul.

Intre timp eram intrebat cum se rezolva racirea mai buna la M20.
Cum vedeti prin poza radiatorul vine legat direct de pompa de apa si teavele 1-7-8-10 sunt eliminate, iar iesirile din termostat sunt astupate.

Respectiv termostatul, sa nu scoateti ca faceti mai mult rau decat de bine. Asta din cauza ca in timpul ce deschide un traseu inchide pe celalalt. In schimb sa blocati la pozitia deschisa cu o piulita de 8.

Asta aste la o masina de competitie, nu stiu daca e bun si pe strada ar daca aveti probleme de gen incercati ca este o reteta buna

La poze vedeti difernta intre retele, prima cel orig iar dupa cel modificat.
