Romanul Michael Herck cel mai rapid la Abu Dhabi in a 3 zi de teste din GP2

Dupa 2 zile de pauza piloti revin in actiune pe noua configuratie a circuitului Abu Dhabi, o configuratie ceva mai scurta facuta pentru GP 2.
Josef Kral a stabilit cel mai rapid timp al diminetii, cehul scotand un timp de 1:36.309,
Dupa-amiaza pilotii s-au dovedit mai rapizi, si mai multi piloti au scos un timp de 1:36s,kral nu a mai putut repeta performanta si s-a clasat pe un loc 7, in timp ce romanul Michael Herck s-a dovedit mai rapid de cat kral , fiind urmat la o fractiune de secunda de Davide Valsecchi si Ericsson.
Configurarea circuitului Yaz Marina ramane la fel si maine pentru ultima zi de teste.

Michael Herch a ocupat azi locul 13 in prima cursa din prima etapa la aproximativ 58 Secunde in spatele liderului....

Inaintea etapei de la Imola pilotul roman are 2 puncte si pozitia a9 in clsaamentul genreral castigate în mansa a 2 la Abu Dhabi.
Mutandu-se etapa din Bahrain la Imola din cauza tensiunilor politice, si punandu-se punct GP2 Asia urmand inca 7 etape pe circuitele europene...
Astăzi in prima parcurgere a circuitului romanul M. Herk a plecat din a 2 grila de start de pe pozitia a 3 mai exact, pozitie care la scurt de la plecare a fost crescuta cu o treapta dar apoi pierdută, aflandu-se pana la intrarea la boxe pe pozitia a 3, acesta va iesi de la boxe pe pozitia a 5 dar recuperand o pozitie si terminandf astfel pe locul 4 in prima mansă.
Locul 4 ofera 5 puncte şi adunand un total de 7 puncte va urca în clasamentul general înaintea celei de-a 2 parcurgere a circuitului de la Imola "Enzo e Dino Ferrari"

De unde pana unde Herk e roman.....nici macar nu piloteaza sub steag romanesc.....ce va laudati cu produsul altora

Michael e jumăte roman jumătate francez.....si dacă te vei uita în seara aceasta, de la 00:00 pe digi sport, vei observa la cetatenia de pe grila de start "Romania", iar pe partea de deasupra eleronului spate scrie mare "ROMANIA"
Monopostul său poartă numărul 11 si este alb cu rosu şi eleronul spate negru scris cu alb "Romania"....

Early life:
Michael Herck (born 4 August 1988 in Bucharest, Romania) is a Belgian-Romanian[1] race car driver. He currently drives for the David Price Racing team, which was bought by his adoptive father Andre in April 2009.[2]

Michael was adopted at the age of one and a half years by millionaire Andre Herck, a Belgian citizen born in Bucharest.[3] Michael grew up in Monaco, and began his racing career in karting in France.
[edit]Formula Renault
After karting, Herck moved to the Formula Renault Monza Winter Series in 2003 and competed in the full series the next year. He won the 2004 championship with five wins and 375 points. He also competed in the Belgian and Spanish 1.6-litre series in 2004, winning the latter championship.
In 2007 he drove in the Formula Renault 3.5 Series for the Comtec Racing team, but failed to score any points.

Herck driving for Comtec Racing at the Donington Park round of the 2007 Formula Renault 3.5 Series season.
Herck moved to Formula Three for 2005, winning the Austrian championship. He also made selected appearances in that year's British and German championships. In 2006 he competed in the Formula Three Euroseries with backing from compatriot Bas Leinders, scoring twelve points to finish fifteenth in the championship.

Herck competed in the first eight races of the inaugural GP2 Asia Series in 2008 for the FMS International team before breaking his wrist in an accident, missing the last round of the season.[4]
He was scheduled to drive in the main GP2 Series for 2008 as well, but was initially replaced by Giacomo Ricci in the David Price Racing team until his wrist healed.[5] After two rounds of the championship, Ricci was dropped in favour of Andy Soucek as Herck continued to recover.[6] He finally made his GP2 début at Magny-Cours. He continued with DPR for the 2008–09 GP2 Asia Series season,[7] and also the 2009 GP2 Series season. At the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve, Herck finished sixth on the road during the feature race. However, his first GP2 points were stripped from him due to irregularities with his DPR machine. His first points eventually came during the 2009–10 GP2 Asia Series, finishing seventh in the feature race of the second Abu Dhabi round. After overtaking Max Chilton at the start of the sprint race, Herck was heading to his first podium and victory in the series, but Davide Valsecchi passed him just before the race's conclusion. Herck ultimately finished thirteenth in the championship standings.
Herck continued his improved form in the 2010 main series, finishing in the points on a number of occasions. He also qualified on pole position for his "home" race in Belgium, but lost it due to an infringement.[8] He finished sixteenth in the drivers' championship.
