DEH-P6200BT Pioneer tune to European Tuner Station

I just bought DEH-P6200BT Pioneer car audio system from the US. How can I make it work with European radio stations. I really like this car audio system and would like to be able go hear the radio from it.

According to Pioneer it cannot be changed
