Default Ford Focus ST by Loder1899

Dupa ce a lansat diverse pachete de tuning mai pentru toate versiunile lui Focus, tunerul german Loder1899 si-a indreptat acum atentia catre cel mai puternic Focus (asta pana cand o sa fie lansat RS), si anume ST. Modificarile de la exterior includ un nou body kit si jante din aliaj pe 20 inci si sunt completate de o suspensie mai joasa si un nou sistem de evacuare. Tunerul german nu s-a oprit aici cu imbunatatirile si a mai instalat o noua admisie si a upgradat ECU, motorul turbo de 2.5 litri dezvoltand acum 270 cai putere. Rezultatul? Acceleratia de la 0 la 100 km/h se realizeaza in 6.5 secunde (6.8 secunde pentru versiunea standard), iar viteza maxima este de 250 km/h (241 km/h pentru versiunea standard).

Arata bine, probabil se misca bine si se aude ok. Nu am gasit pe net pretul insa.

PS : nu mai repetati obsesiv ca puterea pusa pe asfalt prin puntea fata e prea mare. E un cliseu ce se aplica doar la liniute dar o masina mai poate sa faca si altceva inafara de a merge in linie dreapta pt cateva secunde. Conteaza in aceeasi masura suspensia si soferul.

...e o conceptie invechita si depasita aceasta cu putere mare pe tractiune fata,si din ce in ce producatorii de automobile si pe langa ei si tunerii incep sa ne demonstreze ca se poate,se poate chiar si mai mult

Torque steering is the influence of the engine torque on the steering for some front-wheel drive vehicles. For example, during full acceleration the steering may pull to one side, which may be disturbing to the driver. This either causes a tugging sensation in the steering wheel, or else the car veers from the intended path. As the torque steer effect is directly related to the engine torque capabilities, this problem becomes more and more evident with high output engines with strong torque in the low RPM range

dap,lumea stie ce e,si nu am negat ca acest efect nu apare la masinile cu putere mare pe puntea fata,doar ca producatori si tuneri incep sa reduca din ce in ce mai mult acest efect,si se pare ca reusesc,de focus rs atunci ce o sa mai ziceti? 300 cai pe puntea fata? si cu siguranta vor aparea upgrade-uri si pentru acesta

Ways to reduce the effect of torque steer
Employ the use of a tire with proper sidewall ply design, mitigating the sidewall deformation.
Have both driveshafts of the equal length by using an intermediate shaft (or "lay shaft") on one side of the transmission. This is already implemented on most modern cars.[3] When the driveshafts have different length and excessive torque is applied, the longer half shaft flexes more than the shorter one, thus causing one wheel to momentarily spin more slowly than the other, resulting in a steering effect. So the equal lengths of the driveshafts reduce the torque steer effect.
Implement double wishbone suspension[4][5] or multi-link suspension.[6]
Distribute the torque better between the driveshafts. Automobile transmission manufacturers like Quaife, Torsen, TrueTrac, Gold Trac offer worm-gear-based torque-biasing limited slip differentials for front-wheel drive vehicles, which help to reduce the amount of torque steer[7][8] and improve cornering.
Reduce the amount torque from the front axle by passing part of torque to the rear axle. This is achieved on all-wheel-drive (AWD) vehicles with full-time AWD, e.g. with mechanical gear-based transaxle differential.
Power assisted steering (set on most modern cars) make the torque steer effect less noticeable to the driver. Steer-by-wire[9] also hides the effect of torque steer from the driver.
Note that rear-wheel-drive vehicles do not usually suffer from the torque steer effects on the rear wheels , since the engine is not connected to the steering gear unless it has all wheel steering

interesanta masina si f frumoasa..si eu sunt de parere ca prea multi cp pe puntea fata nu e prea bine...mai ales in curbe daca accelerezi masina merge ca sania...exemplu opel vectra de vreo 270 cp...cam asa ceva...este pe youtube un demo...ei zic ca sasiul e prost..
