asa fa reclama si la garaj....TUNING_CARTELL ne zice si aia alba de pe elevator o sa rupa multe capatani..
ne vedem luni la garaj,te astept cu cafeaua..

Salut, si mersi de apreciere. Am atasat foaia din manual cu datele 4G63 1992 6 bolts. principalele diferente ar fi ca mitsu la primele serii de 7 bolts, a mutat niste linii de productie, iar piesele au iesit cu tolerante un pic cam mari. Cuzinetii de palier nu calcau tocmai bine, dupa un timp vibrochenul incepea sa aibe joc lateral peste toleranta admisa, fenomen denumit '' crankwalk''. Stiu ca mitsu dadea atunci cuzineti palier de raparatie. Astea l-am citit pe niste forumuri din state www.dsmtalk.com si www.dsmtuners.com. Compresia la aspirat e 9.0 si la turbo este 7.8.

Facem si la garaj reclama, dar cred ca cel mai bine va recomanda lucrarile voastre, si clientii care sunt super multumiti. Mai rar oameni ca voi si de treaba si profesionisti. Abia astept sa vad Talonul alergand, chiar ca o sa rupa capete. Maine dimineata sunt la garaj cu cafeaua in brate

Astazi am luat dimineata chiulasa de la rectificat, acolo i-au fost schimbate si semeringurile de supape, si hop cu ea la garaj. A fost montata cu ARP-uri, si stransa la 100 Nm. Cu distributia a fost un pic de actiune dar pana la urma baietii au pacalit-o sa stea. Maine speram sa punem motorul pe masina dimineata si dupa-amiaza traseul de evacuare. Cine are vreo idee de eliminare pe cat posibil a zgomotului ? Nu vreau sa ma opreasca politia in trafic.....

Ieri am pus cutia, volanta usurata si ambreajul iar pana seara motorul a fost pe masina. Distributia a dat ceva de cap baietilor din cauza intinzatorului hidraulic care nu tinea rola intinsa cum trebuie. A fost schimbat si totul e ok. Baietii sunt perfectionisti n-au lasat sa se strecoare nici cea mai mica eroare. Mitsu a pornit la sfert de cheie, a fost reglat avansul cu lampa stroboscopica.

Astazi urmeaza evacuarea, deocamdata este doar pana la jumatatea masinii. Cateva poze de grup cu Mitsu si 200SX, cine se aseamana se aduna....

In sfarsit munca a luat sfarsit....Evacuarea e la locul ei iar Misu s-a intors acasa. Trage foarte bine desi nu l-am dus mai mult de 3000 ture, e inca in rodaj. Ma ingrijoreaza doar o mica scurgere de ulei de la simeringul pompei de ulei, care uda cureaua de distributie. Senzorul Check Engine se aprinde in mers, poate sonda lambda e zapacita de evacuarea libera. Fac un drum pana la M Car Motors maine sa vad ce si cum...In rest toate bine motorul merge foarte rotund, ia ture instant fara balansieri si cu volanta usurata. Cum rezolv cu pierderea aia pacatoasa de ulei si martorul din bord, fuga la un drum lung, desi evacuarea e foarte zgomotoasa, dupa 2500 ture se dezlantuie iadul, am dat comanda de un silencer, sa vedem poate nu mai face asa multa galagie....

Masina se simte altfel, nu mai este lenesa (poate doar soferul). Urca in ture mai repede, fuge de rupe saraca. Relantiul e cam balbait, in parte cred ca e de la balansierii anulati si de la evacuarea libera. Am facut vreo 300 KM abia. Pe la 500 schimb uleiul. Abia astept s termin rodajul sa o pot alerga un pic. Mi-am dat comanda de pe Ebay de niste banda termica de pus pe serpi si downpipe.

Desi nu am mai scris nimic aici, la masina s-au mai facut cate ceva. Din pacate am reparat numai pagube: schimbat 3 alternatoare pana am gasit unul bun care incarca, sper sa tina, daca nu o iau razna. Pompa de servo n-a mai vrut sa faca presiune in instalatie in mijlocul traficului.
Sa vezi actiune cu volanul prin intersectii, am zis ca nu e adevarat....Mi-am cumparat set complet de garnituri pentru ea si am recoditionat-o. A iesit ca noua, acum merge bine. Sursa de garnituri www.extremepsi.com. Au venit frumos pe original si s-au potrivit la fix, iar pretul a fost cam 35 $$ cu tot cu transport.

Sa aveti soare pe strada !

Cum vremea caniculara de afara nu-mi permite sa surubaresc sub capota, m-am mutat in casa...
Am adaptat o carcasa de debitmetru stock sa se potriveasca cu un filtru high-flow de la AEM si cu un kit universal de admisie.
Am facut un pic de port & polish la o clapeta de acceleratie care o aveam prin casa, astept kit-ul complet de garnituri pentru ea. In rest astept sa-mi vina fisele NGK si bujiile BPR6-ES din USA, si bineinteles vreme un pic mai buna, ca acum iti ingheata mana pe cheie. Prietenii stiu cum e !
O intebare as avea, ce parere aveti despre transferul termic al aluminiului, folosit pentru admisii? Tubul de cauciuc stock al masinii nu are el un flow prea grozav, dar tine aerul izolat de caldura din compartimentul motor. Mi-a ramas niste banda de azbest de la serpi si ma gandeam sa infasur tubulatura de aluminiu, da la filtru pana la clapeta. Ce parere aveti?
