Default Ford Escort MK VII 1.8 TD ”restilizat”

An de fabr : 1997
Motorizare : 1.8 TD (90 cp)
Dotari : aer conditionat, geamuri electrice, servodirectie, servofrana, inchidere centralizata , geamuri colorate - tenta verzuie , proiectoare ceata, 2 airbag-uri, eleron cu led stop, tapiserie plus.
Modificari efectuate de mine pe plan mecanic au fost : placute frana, saboti frana , pivoti brate , distributie , ulei , filtre .
Apoi a urmat o revopsire in culoarea originala la cuptor, jantele omologate RAR de 16" , tips inox toba, stopuri cu led , montat amplificator si inlocuit difuzoare spate, in curand le schimb si pe cele din fata . pe plan estetic o sa-i aplic folie pe geamurile laterale spate si pe luneta, inca sunt in dubii in privinta culorii, folie neagra sau argintiu- verzui, poze in ordinea modificarilor =>>

Frumos escortul imi place ca nu e umplut cu stikere si alti draci,o folie neagra pe geamuri ti-as sugera si o suspensie sport .In rest ce sa zic spor la treaba si cati mai multi km.

La motor nu-i faci nimic? cu fmic , turbo de transit 2.4 duce lejer 150 de cai. Si la cum e cutia etajata o sa fie o mica racheta.
Ca o parere stopurile nu dau bine pe "alb". Cred ca erau mai aspectoase unele fumurii cu led. Vezi ca sunt dectane cateva modele pt masina ta. Bafta

Daca ii schimb turbina voi avea nevoie de alte injectoare si alta pompa de injectie cu debit marit(ca altfel dau peste cap raportul aer/combustibil si o sa fumege ca un tractor) , apoi un nou soft ce duce implicit la anumite cheltuieli, asta e masina de zi cu zi si imi place f mult , daca imi trebuie putere mai multa am un chrysler benzinar 2,0 145 hp+ cip , dar fordul e mai mult decat suficient.
Triplele dupa parearea mea dau bine pe masina tinand cont de culoarea inchisa a acesteia, pot eventual sa le vopsesc oglinzile cu negru daca voi considera.
Masina va fi modificata deocamdata pe plan estetic, urmeaza niste praguri, faruri cu lupa , o suspensie sport si un upgrade de confort la interior, care va fi imbracat in piele.

Sa le luam in ordine. Daca schimbi turbina nu ai nevoie de alte injectoare si nici de alta pompa de motorina. Se schimba doar capul hidraulic din pompa. Masina ta nu are injectie asistata electronic. Este pompa mecanica iar "softul" se face din cheie si surubelnita. Tu si din combinatia actuala poti scoate lejer inca 10-15cp cu turbina stock si pompa stock, GRATIS.

umbli putin la wastegate si o tunezi singur. Ecu-ul tau nu suporta resoftare, dupa cum spunea colegul injectia e mecanica nu electronica.

Foarte frumoasa masina...mult succes cu ea...incearca sa arunci putin spray negru sau o folie pe stopuri si o sa ti dea mai multa culoare...

un baiat din buc , are userul jimy si se ocupa cu resoftari de ecu, mi-a zis ca o poate duce doar din soft in 115 cai, acum are 90 ... nu stiu ce sa cred dupa ce mi-ati spus voi, daca ecu-ul meu nu suporta resoftare atunci el cum modifica softul? nu stiu exact ce mufa are ecu-ul, sunt escorturi si cu mufa ODB 1 si ODB 2. daca as sti cum sa procedez as face cum ati zis voi , Robert Coca si Cavaliere, doar ca nu ma pricep in demeniul mecanicii auto...dar cu niste indrumari cred ca m-as descurca.

Astept sa-l vad si eu pe nenea ala facandu-ti resoftare. La geamurile electrice probabil. Masina ta nu suporta resoftare la ECU pentru ca NU ARE ECU.

nu esti bine informat , are ECU , iti pun si o poze cu el, tot de pe un escort din 97 al unui membru club.ford

Robert ,ti-am spus ca nu esti bine informat, are ECU EEC IV / V , sunt destule surse care fac referire la motorul 1.8 TD de ford. Inainte sa faci afirmatii aiurea m-ai bine te-ai documenta putin. >>

With regards to engine management, the TD engines can be put into 3 groups: purely mechanical (pre 1993), pre-EEC (1993-1995) and EECIV/V (post 1995).
Info :
Purely mechanically managed engines used no electronics other than the usual fuel shut-off solenoid which is required to stop the engine. Fuel enrichment during cold conditions is managed by a wax stat that actuates a cable which in turn moves a lever on the fuel pump to regulate the amount of fuel injected at idle. Idle speed is managed by a vacuum operated diaphragm, a crude arrangement linked via a control cable to a lever on the fuel pump which adjusts the idle speed. These early engines can utilise the existing Fiesta diesel wiring without the need for modification.

Pre-EEC and EECIV/V engines use an EMS (Engine Management System) similar in operation to that found on petrol engines. In fact post 1995 cars began to use the same EECIV EMS that petrol models were are with, and this was updated to EECV at the same time as petrol's in 1999. Pre-EEC engines used a different kind ECU that was unique to the TD range (above right).

Both EECIV and pre-EECIV systems utilise the same inputs and outputs, with the exception of the needle lift sensor and idle speed motor that were introduced with EECIV. The sensors/inputs and actuators/outputs used by the systems are listed below:

The EMS controls auxiliary devices including the cooling fans and glow plugs, and unlike N/A engines the glow plugs are kept powered for a short period after the engine starts in order to improve cold engine performance. These basic functions aside, both pre-EEC and EECIV/V operation can be split into 2 core functions: Idle speed control and Injection timing.

The Idle speed control function takes input from the VSS and ECT sensor, the information is processed by the ECU and idle speed is adjusted. Pre-EEC systems use the same vacuum diaphragm as mechanical systems, but employ an EVR in the vacuum line to modulate the amount of vacuum the diaphragm sees and in turn the idle speed. EECIV/V systems take this idea further and use a motor & control cable to move the idle speed lever, the benefit of this is that idle speed is dynamic and free from the linear adjustment relative to engine vacuum that limited earlier systems.

Injection timing adjustment is made by monitoring engine load which is calculated from mass air flow. This applies to both EMS's. Corrections are made for engine temperature (ECT) and 'throttle' position (FLVR). EECIV/V systems employ a needle lift sensor, this is an eddy current sensor built into the injector from which the ECU can read injection pulse width and duration, and is utilised to further increase the accuracy of injection timing.

atasez poza cu ECU de ford 1.8 TD, sper cu treaba asta sa incheiem polemica despre faptul ca motorul are ECU .
