De la strung trecem la waterjet!

In alta ordine de idei, se lucreaza la traseul de admisie (multe coturi si cuple siliconice, coturi inox, teava inox, ehe, imbarligata treaba, mai ales ca se pastreaza si AC-ul la locul lui).
Am facut si documentarea necesara pt cum sa finalizez evacuarea, asadar nu mai exista necunoscute legate de partea mecanica a lucrarii. Acum e doar de bibilit la ea sa se aseze toate in pozitie.

Este inca in lucru. Turbo invarte, presiune ulei este, dar este destul de mare pt motorul asta si nu lucreaza bine la ralanti. Se cauta o solutie provizorie pt a permite finalizarea lucrarii pe partea mecanica.

Banda este cu fibra din cate stiu, iar culoarea a fost o surpriza si pt mine

Cam 95 % gata, mai sunt ceva intarituri de facut pe la turbina, sa pun sondele.. maruntisuri . Am dat o tura si cu ea... cu putina presiune .. f putina... si merge surprinzator ... asteptam softul si dyno .

Mai rapid ca mine Intr-adevar, surpriza mare cu stock MAP care citeste boost si cu ECU care da benzina. Cine ar fi crezut ca (momentan) nu este nevoie sa canibalizam traseul de vacuum?

S-au montat sondele (prima sonda lambda a masinii, extrasa din galeria originala si repozitionata acum dupa turbo + cea de la AFR) si ceasurile de AFR + presiune turbo. Amestecul e destul de ok in sarcina, ajunge pe la 12, ar mai trebui imbogatit la closed loop. Probabil ca asa mergea si inainte, nu am de unde sa stiu exact.

Wins:
- inca odata mentionez, MAP stock citeste presiune si ECU da benzina, asadar masina trage, si se simte binisor! este posibil ca softul ce e pe masina (ce nu mai e cel de fabrica) sa ajute nespus in configuratia asta cu presiune mica; habar nu am ce s-ar intampla direct pe o harta normala.
- zgomotul de admisie este mai placut, un marait mai infundat, presimt ca si BOV se va simti la fel de fain; am ramas cu tobele ce le aveam deja (Borla, finala silent) asadar sleeper car veritabil, cel putin pana cand va fi calcata pedala.
- s-a sters eroarea de check engine si acum becul a ramas stins, asadar dovada ca eliminarea catalizatorului (ma refer la cel pus direct pe galeria de evacuare) nu influenteaza in vreun fel comportamentul masinii - poate doar emisia de noxe (aviz amatorilor )

Loses:
- none; nu ma asteptam sa mearga, cu atat mai mult cu tot sistemul de alimentare + electronica de fabrica, dar uite ca am avut noroc.

Ce mai trebuie: montat BOV, un electroventilator aftermarket si un filtru de aer; apoi 'we are go' pt un soft-tune + harta de dyno aferenta (si hope for 80BHP ).Filmuletele dupa, nu o sa riscam forje aiurea pana nu e totul pregatit.

P.S: Ceasurile s-au montat in locul aeratoarelor centrale pentru a nu macelari bordul si arata cam in halul asta.
