Foarte tare masina, felicitari, imi place sa vad ca mai sunt oameni care modifica motorul de dacie. Care sunt planurile cu injectia? detalii, detalii...

@ZZTP: A ta este Dacia de la semnatura? Am vazut masina iesind din curte o data pe Titu Maiorescu,chiar mi-a atras atentia ca arata foarte bine, complect restaurata,foarte frumoasa....Acolo sta prietena mea

@Bv58bar:da,o vaccinam putin impotriva "gripei" cu cate 304 unitati pe fiecare cilindru )

@Danniel: stand alone-ul il voi folosi doar pentru a controla sistemul de injectie,sa pot regla partea de alimentare dupa bunul plac

Injectoarele sunt de 304cc,impedanta mare,clapeta de acceleratie de 60mm,rampa pentru injectoare facuta custom,regulator de presiune de benzina de 3 bari, galerie de admisie custom cu doua "camere" calculata de mine pentru acest tip de motor.......Inca mai am de facut flansa pt clapeta de acceleratie si plenumul cu runnerele de la admisie,apoi le duc la sudat.

Voi scrie o lista detaliata cu tot ce s-a folosit si s-a facut pt conversia la injectie cand va fi gata

@salfkm: da, a mea este Dacia 1300, mai am o dacie sport, incet incet ajungem sa ne cunoastem, chiar imi face placere!

Aprinderea nu o vei controla din Standalone? Ramai la Renix? Ai zis ca parca este modelul 037 si din cate stiu provine de pe un motor aspirat. Cum se descurca cu corectarea avansului atunci cand in colectorul de admisie presiunea devine pozitiva?

ce a spus aditza mai sus, si ce standalone este mai exact? si eu vreau sa trec la injectie si inca ma documentez, merci.

@ZZTP:si mie imi face placere,poate stam la o vorba intr-o zi cand ajung prin zona


Aprinderea este de turbo,de pe Renault 11 turbo de fabrica,are hartile de avans mai agresive decat clasica Renix 208 sau 209,deci corecteaza bine avansul,il intarzie in functie de boost-ul pe care il face turbina,lucreaza foarte bine si de aceea nici nu vreau sa o schimb

Legat de stand alone este Megasquirt 1 v2.2,cu el voi controla doar partea de alimentare cu benzina,ceea ce ma si intereseaza,insa daca se doresye se poate controla si avansul cu el,eu i-am oprit functia aceasta din soft.

@Danniel:daca vrei poti sa ma suni si iti explic cum e cu trecerea pe injectie,de ce anume ai nevoie etc.

Masina este de 2 zile la un prieten de al meu care imi face toata instalatia electrica pentru stand alone,speram ca azi sau maine sa fie gata.

Incet,incet am mai avansat cu galeria de admisie,am terminat de taiat si prelucrat flansa pentru clapeta de acceleratie si au fost sudate runnere-le pe flanse si porturile pentru injectoare...

Stuturile sunt pentru vacuum...vacuum pentru servofrana,regulatorul de presiune de benzina,blow off,senzorul MAP din ECU si sistemul de aprindere Renix
