Jantele vor fii gri carbon si buza polishata voi apela la un profesionist pt. asta.
Un privinta motorului pt. a obtine raportul de comprimare de 8:1 ar trebui marite volumele cu 28% din volumul camerei de ardere. Deci, cum aflu acel volum?

De aici am luat:

- 1764cmc;
- alezaj 82mm;
- 10:1.

Acu' fii atent, d-le inginer.

- cilindreea unitara = 1764/4 = 441cmc;

- rc = (cil unit + vol cam)/vol cam
10 = (441 + vol cam)/vol cam = 441/vol cam + 1
9 = 441/vol cam

- vol cam actual = 441/9 = 49 cmc.

Doresti rc 8, adica
8 = 441/vol cam + 1
7 = 441/vol cam

- vol cam dorit = 441/7 = 63.

Verificare: (441+63)/63=8 => corect.

Ca urmare, ai de adaugat camerei de ardere 63-49 = 14cmc.
Folosind o garnitura de chiulasa mai groasa care in stare montata va avea diametru' deasupra cilindrului = alezajul, adica 82mm, urmaresti acel cilindru cu diametru de 82mm si volum de 14000mmc.

Vol cilindru = pi x D x D / 4 x h.
14000 = 3.14 x 82 x 82 / 4 x h.
h = 2.65mm.

Practic, cu atat ai nevoie sa inalti chiulasa!
Depinzand de materialul noii garnituri: cupru - se taseaza mai deloc, material clasic - se taseaza mai mult, alegi inaltimea noii garnituri. Daca ajungi pana acolo, am sa-mi dau si eu cu parerea.

Multumesc de calcul domn' inginer.
2.6 mm este exact cat doua garnituri de chiulasa varianta mai groasa, dar nu ma tiganesc. Am aflat azi ca ar fii un baiat care ar face in Pitesti garnituri metalice, astept un raspuns si la ceva de prin afara...nu e graba. Oricum mai am de adunat si alte piese.

ce injectoare ai?......ce turbina?.......electronica inteleg e de 21t.....eu am avut setup asemanator......mergea bomba la 0.6.....aveam injectoare de volvo turbo....am dat si 1.2 bar...cu regulator de presiune benzina aftermarket......motor complet stock...nedecomprimat....si ....a muit cuzinetii dupa ceva timp.....de mers......excelent. da a te intereseaza un arbore de 1721 cc f3n are 11 kg.....fata de f7p care are 13.8.... ring a bell?

Si la ce presiune si-au facut cruce cuzineti la 0.6 sau la 1.2.

Vad pe wiki ca au ambele motoare aceeasi cursa. De unde diferenta de greutate? Alte diametre de fusuri?
